The staff was so friendly and the location was very convenient. It is next to two big malls so lots to buy and eat. The layout of the hotel was beautiful and I liked that it was next to Jinji Lake. One weird thing was that the amenities were not in the room but front desk provided at check in. Melody and Toby was very helpful during my stay!

Our room looked different from the photos though it was still nice. However felt that service wasn’t there most of the time-staff could not tell us if there was a back entrance to the lake.
While ours had voucher for the martini bar, it was closed and only opened after we checked out. Hotel said we cldnt redeem voucher but no explanation was given. We were there for two nights.
Pool was closed as well- maybe 9am was too early.
Breakfast was ok.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Definitely one of the best ones i’ve been to. Location is IDEAL, the hotel is so beautiful and the service was amazing.

Fantastic experiences in Lamborghini hotel, good treatment and attitude from those staffs, to be specific, the staffs Yuki and Michelle from the lobby treated us tea and biscuits when we were checking in, anyway, worth to try and I shall recommend this hotel. Plus, not pricy price for accommodation fee
