Clean, tidy, and very quiet. Environment: Great Service: The front desk lady was very gentle and attentive, providing excellent service.

I usually leave a night light on when sleeping alone, but this place doesn't have that feature. The bathroom sink light is too bright; it's either on or completely off, leaving the room pitch black. I couldn't turn it off and had to keep it on. Plus, an alarm went off in the next room in the middle of the night, so I didn't get any good sleep!

Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Surrounded by malls, so dining is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was abundant. Service: The service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room. Facilities: There's a laundry room and a gym. Overall, my experience at this hotel during my trip really exceeded my expectations. Compared to the frustrating experience I had at an InterContinental property this March, both the facilities and service here were surprisingly good!

During the National Day holiday, my family and I chose this Atour hotel for our trip to Suzhou. We primarily picked it because of its proximity to the subway station. However, after checking in, we realized that despite being close to the subway, the hotel's location in Wujiang District (which was formerly a county-level city before being merged into the district system) meant it was too far from the main urban area. Getting to any scenic spots in the city center required at least ten or more subway stops, and a ride-hailing service would take over half an hour and cost upwards of 30-40 RMB, which was very time-consuming. Additionally, the room's circuit control design was poorly thought out. The bathroom, shower room, and vanity all shared a single switch. Since the vanity area wasn't separated from the main room, and the shower room had frosted glass partitions, at night we couldn't turn on the lights to use the restroom without disturbing others. We had to rely on our phone flashlights for illumination.

I came to Suzhou for a stand-up comedy show and chose this Atour hotel – it was really great! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. When I checked in, they immediately offered me a warm drink and even gave me a free room upgrade. The room was very clean, and the hairdryer was a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised to find a whole street of delicious food at Wuyue Plaza downstairs. It was such a great discovery that I even grabbed some late-night snacks after the show!

The room was quiet, located on a high floor, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The front desk staff provided excellent service. Getting around was a breeze, with the subway right next to the hotel. There's a mall downstairs and another one just across the street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

The environment here is great, very clean and hygienic. Right downstairs, there's a big shopping mall, which is super convenient for shopping and dining. About 500 meters down the road, there's a snack street, and the BBQ there is absolutely delicious!

The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. The location is incredibly convenient, less than a hundred meters from the subway station. There's a wide variety of dining options nearby at Wuyue Plaza and MixC. It's definitely my top choice when visiting Wujiang!

The soundproofing in the room windows is excellent, and the pillows are very comfortable. The staff (ladies) provide great and thoughtful service. The location is also quite good, right next to Wuyue Plaza, and there's free parking available.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and had an excellent attitude. The room was very clean and tidy. Atour is truly great; it's always my first choice whenever I travel.

Upon check-in, we were offered tea. The room's TV and internet were excellent; the TV even had live channels and screen casting. When we checked out, they gave us warm water in small, convenient bottles. Parking was easy, and the location was fantastic, right above a mall. Very convenient all around, and easy to park.
