This location is absolutely stunning, and the service here goes above and beyond! I’m truly impressed by how the staff is always willing to make every effort to provide the best experience. From offering early check-in and late check-out, to helping us find ways to get a better price for breakfast, and even providing complimentary laundry service – their hospitality has been exceptional.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We had a wonderful time and the view was simply breathtaking!

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Shilu Shantang Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the free laundry service provided, which added great convenience.
The overall environment of the hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. While there were moments when the wait for the elevator was a bit longer than expected, it did not affect my enjoyment of the stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and cozy atmosphere.
我在苏州石路山塘街美居酒店的入住体验非常愉快。酒店的工作人员非常友好热情，总是面带微笑，随时准备提供帮助。让我印象深刻的是酒店还提供免费的洗衣服务，非常方便。
整体环境干净、现代又舒适，是一天外出后放松身心的好地方。虽然有时候等电梯的时间稍微长了一点，但并没有影响我在这里的入住心情。

Worthy given the price is not high at all! The room is very clean and modern, toilet is clean and hygienic! One of the best budget hotel I have ever lived! Staff 小兰 is very nice

We have stayed one night and Mercure Hotel was amazing, specially the breakfast. All dishes with high quality, fred noodles the best ones we tried after one week in China. Thank you!

Children friendly, they give the children kid toothbrushes & slippers which are so cute. They also gives us extra mineral waters because we got 3 children with us. The staffs are superb and helpful, the room is comfy and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants around, and near the SHI LU substation, only 5 minutes walk, very convenient.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, thank you for making us feel at home! Love the location of the hotel as it's about a 5mins walk away from the nearest train station. Clean and big rooms. Highly recommend!
