Hotels in Suzhou South Bus Station Area, Suzhou

I cannot recommend Pan Pac Suzhou enough. Firstly, the hotel looks like an attraction itself already. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Secondly, the staff are so hospitable and helpful - our Didi driver was being nasty and trying to scam us and the hotel manager immediately came out to help us mediate the situation, and gave us a upgrade - thank you! The stay was so plesant and the nicer hotel room really helped me feel better. I didn't manage to get the names of the staff as they changed shifts, but if you're looking for a place to stay in Suzhou, really really highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station, bus station, stores, restaurants and so on. Given the price and the room size, it is quite a good deal. Breakfast is decent too. Just that there is only one old elevator and I do not like the purple light in the room.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Love the bath tub and hotel high tech amenities. Perfect place for couples. Easily assessible to places of interest. Comes with complimentary coffee. Communication with hotel staff is seamless and very responsive through wechat. Will definitely come again!

Helpful and polite staff, rooms were very cute, hotel had a good tour on premise. Some rooms allowed smoking, we were given a smoking room for the first night(fully booked), they tried to treat the room to remove the smell as much as possible. They switched us to a non-smoking floor which made the stay a lot pleasant. Appreciated their effort to make customers feel welcome with great experience.

We had a great experience with the Hampton hotel back in the States a while ago. This one didn’t disappoint us at all. After check in, we were welcomed by a robot, which carried a plate of fresh fruits to our room. We basically just followed it for the direction. Yes, the robot can take the elevator by itself. The room we stayed was spacious and clean. The water pressure was as good as the U.S. counterparts. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty with the combination of East and West foods. After returning from the breakfast, we were surprised that the housekeeper had done her job even though we didn’t turn on the request light.

We got a nice free upgrade offered by the hotel to Deluxe Suite from our original Family Room due to the contractions going on. The room is amazing! It is very huge, even a bathtub jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice as well, but the staff is a little hostile, in my opinion. We went for the royal banquet, which was in the hotel for dinner. It was an interesting experience. Highly recommended to try. The hotel provides free access to the Panmen Scenic Area, which was a really nice place to visit. However, in our opinion, the hotel itself is already an attraction of its own.

Fantastic hotel all around. One of the best hotels Suzhou has to offer and perfect blend of traditional Suzhou architecture with modern design. We loved our room and the staff were very helpful, gave us a late check out when I informed them my partner was suffering from food poisoning. Plenty of amenities in the fridge and the hotel gym is one of the best I’ve seen in China let alone Suzhou. We loved the breakfast as well as the bar that’s just around the corner from the lobby. Can’t wait to come back to Suzhou and stay here again.

Excellent stay. Beautiful decorations, modern infused with oriental touch. Very clean and comfortable stay. Staffs are friendly and super helpful. Great location. It is just beside Suzhou museum and PingJiang road. Easy to get to anywhere.

Great location in the Gusu District, right near the Nanmen metro station, so very easy to get anywhere you need to go in Suzhou.  A nice shopping mall and antique street nearby, lots of good restaurant choices.  The hotel staff at the desk and the housekeepers were very friendly, gave great service and a late checkout.  The room is simple and basic, but very comfortable and clean.  We would stay at the Pace again.
