Granada Hotels with Pools

I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning. The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work. The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the El Corte Inglés department store in Granada, with the airport bus stop right nearby, making airport transfers very easy. The hotel itself has been recently renovated, so all the facilities are new, brightly colored, and very clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they get excellent light. There's also a pool and a bar on the rooftop.

We were a party of three, staying in a room with two single beds and a sofa bed. The cleanliness was acceptable. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away where we had dinner, and the prices were fair. Right next to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk, there's a bus stop for the bus to Granada Airport, which costs €3.1 per person. You can take bus route 32 to the Alhambra. Walking to the Cathedral takes about 15-20 minutes. Overall, the transportation is convenient. This was the cheapest hotel I stayed at in Spain and offered the best value for money. There's also a restaurant right next to the hotel with delicious food.

The view of the hotel room is not bad, the breakfast is also very rich, but a girl at the front desk is very unskilled, and there is no politeness, no greetings and goodbye, no introduction, the whole process is cold like a government staff, it is recommended to strengthen staff training, After all, customers enter, the first one to face is the front desk

The hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

The room is good, two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. Three or four people live relatively spacious. The hall has three balcony windows and a balcony window in the master bedroom. Tableware and kitchenware are available and hygienic. The lobby is also a restaurant, decorated in a variety of old furniture, new and beautiful. The dining environment is good, the taste is average, and the plate is very delicate. The price is not low.

The room is old, about the level of domestic express hotels, the waiter's attitude is average. The rooms are close and not soundproof. Whenever someone knocks on the door, you always hear someone knocking on your door.

For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

Чисто. Расположение очень удобное. В холле есть автомат с напитками, для меня оказалось очень полезно, т.к. промокла под дождем, и смогла покупать горячую воду для чая. Соответственно, все напитки и вода не бесплатные. На этом все плюсы. Разочаровал вид. Ожидала, что можно будет выходить на балкон. По факту, балкон выходит во внутренний двор на соседние окна и коробку кондиционера, поэтому даже шторы не открыть. Не слишком дружелюбный персонал встретил на стойке регистрации. Для короткого пребывания нормально, если только ночевать в комнате

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
