Puerto Vallarta Hotels with Swimming Pools

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. A first class service from the person who receives you at the hotel and opens the door of the car where you arrive, the people who kindly attend you at the reception with a smile and an authentic sense of service, the porters who go out of their way to ask you for a taxi and help you load what you bring without being asked, and anyone who works in the hotel in the reception area is undoubtedly there to serve you with the best service disposition. Also in the pool area, and restaurants. The impeccable place, with an architectural beauty. Its spaciousness and distribution of both the hotel and the rooms welcome you. The fact of being an open place allows us to feel the weather, and the wind that blows is a very pleasant sensation. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”. The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

The place was ok and food isn’t bad Restaurant staff always wanted a tip The hotel desk isn’t helpful at all Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

Great location. Hotel is on the older side but it was a clean bed and cool room for the stay. 97% of the staff were very friendly and service was great. Unfortunately some have really bad attitudes directed only at particular guests. Strangely those were also not wearing name tags. With that said Jesus was one of the most helpful and friendly staff member. Not sure if it just México, but there seemed to be a form or paper needed to be completed for every step of the check in and check out process. Not very eco friendly and must need huge storage facilities for all that paperwork. Overall, a great stay and will stay there again.

When the hotel was built in that year, it was good to consider the orientation. There was a prominent hotel on the side that blocked Westin slightly towards the sea. It ’s a pity that if it is the same as the hotel, there will be sunrise and sunset. No cover. Overall more satisfied, the beach is a bit lost ha ha ha ha

The hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service, which is suitable for family vacation. We chose the all-inclusive service. The breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner were very average. Maybe I have high requirements for food. The beef was made of wood, and there was basically no decent food to choose from for seafood. The blended wine was a barrel of concentrated juice with wine, which was very difficult to drink. If you want to taste delicious food or have high expectations for delicious food, it is recommended to choose a package with breakfast, not all. The beach sand is not fine sand, which is the case in this area, and there is nothing wrong with it.

The environment is very good, the airport is coming soon, and the facilities for the children to play are a pirate ship. The taste of the food is not bad. Japanese meal French meal needs to be booked one day in advance and only dinner is open. Can't live for three days! The facilities in the hotel room are slightly older. Later, I changed a little five-star hotel on the mountain, and you know that the original hotel is justified, even the color of the sea is different. Many families in this hotel come here.
