We have traveled all over the world. This was the nicest classiest place we have stayed. Very quiet and exclusive. Nine rooms up on a hill overlooking the ocean. The staff is solicitous of your comfort but not intrusive. Sat by the pool and drank crafted margaritas impeccably served and made. We were pampered

Very nice hotel the top of the hills in Conchas Chinas. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is quite clean and maintained. Great view of the sea with very comfortable beds and a nice hotel restaurant.

Pinnacle is not really close to the main areas, and the location can be a bit confusing, although the service is good. The bathroom faces the back stairs, so you need to keep the window closed. It is a good option for families, with full facilities including a kitchen and cooking equipment. Rooftop swimming pools closed very early but I think its standard in most places.

I was at this location 2 years ago when it was Grand Fiesta Americana. The dinner restaurant menu and quality were excellent. As Hilton the quality of food at the restaurants has definitely gone DOWN from a 8 to 5. The night entertainment is very bad. They need to do some more fun pool activities and night shows. There is nothing to do at night after dinner. I would recommend working on better menu options, quality of food and entertainment. The Mexican restaurant has mainly American food. The Italian restaurant has very limited options and the food is not good at all. I couldn't even eat my Italian food. But the location, service and view of the hotel is excellent. I hate writing negative reviews but this is an honest review. Thank you!

Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. A first class service from the person who receives you at the hotel and opens the door of the car where you arrive, the people who kindly attend you at the reception with a smile and an authentic sense of service, the porters who go out of their way to ask you for a taxi and help you load what you bring without being asked, and anyone who works in the hotel in the reception area is undoubtedly there to serve you with the best service disposition. Also in the pool area, and restaurants. The impeccable place, with an architectural beauty. Its spaciousness and distribution of both the hotel and the rooms welcome you. The fact of being an open place allows us to feel the weather, and the wind that blows is a very pleasant sensation. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”. The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. The hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service, which is suitable for family vacation. We chose the all-inclusive service. The breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner were very average. Maybe I have high requirements for food. The beef was made of wood, and there was basically no decent food to choose from for seafood. The blended wine was a barrel of concentrated juice with wine, which was very difficult to drink. If you want to taste delicious food or have high expectations for delicious food, it is recommended to choose a package with breakfast, not all. The beach sand is not fine sand, which is the case in this area, and there is nothing wrong with it.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

Todo bien, detalles nada más como que el aire acondicionado goteó toda la estancia y no la repararon así como dos veces nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación personal del servicio sin previo aviso. Instalaciones algo viejas y la comida buena.

Japanese meal French meal needs to be booked one day in advance and only dinner is open. Can't live for three days! The facilities in the hotel room are slightly older. Later, I changed a little five-star hotel on the mountain, and you know that the original hotel is justified, even the color of the sea is different. Many families in this hotel come here. There is a free show at 9:00 pm... It’s boring to see it.
