Anonymous UserI have to commend the service at this hotel; it was incredibly heartwarming throughout my entire stay. From the moment I was guided in to checking in, every staff member was enthusiastic, friendly, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The room decor was very well-considered, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The hardware facilities were meticulously maintained; the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable. During my stay, all my daily needs were promptly addressed, and their professionalism was evident in every detail. The accommodation environment was quiet and pleasant, completely undisturbed by external noise, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Sunrise in a warm pool with a cup of coffee in hand — this alone is worth booking this hotel.
✨ A truly golden stay in Da Lat — peaceful, elegant, and deeply relaxing.
The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable.
🕠 Warm Pool Hours
The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins.
🍽 Breakfast Hours
Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet.
☕ Afternoon Tea
Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming.
🌅 Location & View
The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient.
💛 Service
The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable.
🔎 What Could Be Improved
What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance.
A few small details slightly affected the overall impression:
• the vanity table in our room had visible stains
• the shower head was leaking
• in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore
These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding.
Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Nana HanizanIt was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu.
Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View.
If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet.
There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me!
The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from.
They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day.
For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating.
But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose.
Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here.
Well this is my personal experience, but I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Good luck!

We stayed for one night. The grounds are beautiful and expansive, with charming cabins. There are lots of flowers, a vegetable garden, and their own mini-zoo. The only downside to the view is the construction on the opposite bank.
As for the minor issues, the bathrobes are very small, and there are no disposable slippers. Breakfast was incredibly noisy and crowded, making it impossible to find a free table. Overall, you can tell the hotel has a high volume of guests, and some areas are in need of renovation and repairs.

No need to worry about the review and image description being exactly the same, just look at the pictures to decide! The location is excellent, apart from one steep hill. It's a 15-minute walk to the largest bus station/gas station in the area, and the Da Lat cable car is nearby. The bedding is very comfortable, and they change it daily. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. In contrast, the Trip.com customer service was unhelpful and spoke nonsense; they didn't even bother to ask my question but just arbitrarily answered on behalf of the hotel that they couldn't receive emails, even though the hotel was more than happy to help. You can rent motorbikes directly from the hotel. We rode for three days and only spent 60,000 VND on gas – fantastic value for money! There are some small family restaurants nearby with decent food, and most importantly, they're very cheap, offering a glimpse into local life. The swimming pool is open 24 hours. However, Da Lat is simply too cold; even swimming in the middle of the day was freezing. When the staff heard I wanted to use the pool, a young man immediately went to clean it. In the evening, the hotel received a call from our bus pick-up and even transferred the call and helped us with our luggage. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; for this price, it's incredible value for money. The only issue is that they might be using a very small electric water heater, as the water turns cold in less than 10 minutes.

Goleva EkaterinaStop for one night. If there were more time in Dalata, they would stay longer. This was the cleanest room in Vietnam I've met in 2 years. Nlve plumbing and equipment. Very beautiful dishes and everything for guests. The host is a pleasant man, does everything to make you happy. I join other reviews about the pool and sauna - such a concept in Dalata no longer exists. Demand to stop and have a good time!
Ps. Photos are few, we swam, swam, watched the match on giant TV.

JazmintThere is a welcome drink when checking in and checking out
Enthusiastic staff
The B1 - Bungalow I stayed in had moldy walls, but the bed sheets were clean. The room area was super spacious and beautiful, but the standing bathtub area was open space, so after bathing, the bathroom floor was full of water.
The bathtub was super toooo, the slippers in the room were also high-quality
The breakfast buffet had a few dishes, the food was ok, not as delicious as the last time I went 3-4 years ago.
This area is a bit far from the center, about 3km, but walking from the hotel door across the street, there is a famous cheese yogurt dish at the Chinese temple with soft-boiled eggs

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I had a great time.
Taxi rides from the hotel to the city only cost 4,000-5,000 won, and Grab taxis are really good!
The staff were friendly, and surprisingly, breakfast was really good. ㅎㅎㅎ I thought I would have to pay for the child's swimming pool,
but they just let the child go for free.

Beautiful accommodation, clean, French style, good service, there is a motorcycle rental as well. I like the most is that the bed is very soft but there is no food. It's okay to go to eat local food instead. It's close to the city, but it's not busy, convenient to travel, but the entrance will be confused. A little bit in the first time
