Pros: 1. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always resolved any issues promptly. 2. The overall environment was quite good, and the hotel breakfast was rich and delicious. There's also a gift shop next to the restaurant. You can find some local street food stalls near the hotel as well. 3. There's a swimming pool with a comfortable, constant water temperature. 4. The bedding and slippers were comfortable. Cons: 1. The in-room facilities were a bit old, but not excessively so, and everything worked perfectly. 2. The only mosquito repellent provided in the room was a mosquito net. Overall, the experience was great. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a very pleasant time at the hotel, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so it's advisable to bring plenty of insect repellent. Tip: Dalat's weather can be quite cold day and night, so remember to pack warm clothes and always have a jacket handy.

While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

An Excellent and Relaxing Stay in Da Lat Overall Rating: 9/10 I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Dalabiang Hotel. The mountain view is absolutely stunning and provides a perfectly chill atmosphere to relax. The rooms are brand new and feature beautiful interior design, complemented perfectly by a large flat-screen TV. Furthermore, the staff members are incredibly sweet, accommodating, and friendly, which made the stay even more welcoming. There are only a couple of minor areas for improvement: Bathroom amenities: The bathtub is a bit small, and the lack of a showerhead in the tub is a noticeable shortcoming. Breakfast: The morning buffet is okay overall. While there are a few dishes that aren't particularly great, I believe the hotel management will recognize this and upgrade the culinary quality soon. Despite these minor details, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Dalabiang Hotel for anyone visiting Da Lat.

The hotel is surrounded by forest, so there are no shops or cafes nearby. However, the hotel itself has a restaurant that's open until 10 PM, which is where we had dinner. On the premises, there's a spa, a gym, a warm indoor pool, and a large outdoor pool with a beautiful view. You can also play golf or pickleball. We managed to try pickleball – the court surface was a bit uneven in places, but it didn't stop us from having fun. It's especially enjoyable to play surrounded by mountains, forest, and fresh air. Perhaps the hotel could indeed benefit from a small cosmetic renovation, as mentioned in other reviews. But personally, we didn't experience any discomfort: our room was spacious, very clean, odor-free, with pristine white linens and towels. The housekeeping was also excellent. We enjoyed the breakfasts too. There's no coffee machine, but the food selection is good, and having breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view makes the morning even more pleasant. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere at the hotel is calm and secluded, and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Stop for one night. If there were more time in Dalata, they would stay longer. This was the cleanest room in Vietnam I've met in 2 years. Nlve plumbing and equipment. Very beautiful dishes and everything for guests. The host is a pleasant man, does everything to make you happy. I join other reviews about the pool and sauna - such a concept in Dalata no longer exists. Demand to stop and have a good time! Ps. Photos are few, we swam, swam, watched the match on giant TV.

We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great! Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I had a great time. Taxi rides from the hotel to the city only cost 4,000-5,000 won, and Grab taxis are really good! The staff were friendly, and surprisingly, breakfast was really good. ㅎㅎㅎ I thought I would have to pay for the child's swimming pool, but they just let the child go for free.
