Absolutely loved the French vintage vibe! The furniture, bathroom, and soft furnishings were all perfectly chosen. Plus, the price was fantastic. I honestly felt like I didn't even need to leave the resort. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better. Oh, and a quick shout-out: the hotel's spa is amazing!

Guest UserNo lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

Goleva EkaterinaStop for one night. If there were more time in Dalata, they would stay longer. This was the cleanest room in Vietnam I've met in 2 years. Nlve plumbing and equipment. Very beautiful dishes and everything for guests. The host is a pleasant man, does everything to make you happy. I join other reviews about the pool and sauna - such a concept in Dalata no longer exists. Demand to stop and have a good time!
Ps. Photos are few, we swam, swam, watched the match on giant TV.

If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard.
A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers.
I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of Dalat. The lake is a 7-minute walk away. There's private parking, and shops and cafes are nearby. The service is excellent and they always try to help. The carpets on the floors need to be replaced. The noise from the hallway can't be fixed, but we'll note it as a negative. The hotel is not new, but they do their best to keep it clean and tidy. The overall impression is good. The breakfasts are good.

I came here seven years ago. It seems that the hotel has been expanded.
This time I stayed in B1 Bungalow. The bathroom is large and the bedding is good. There are many breakfast options. The front desk will drive you in and out of the room. The only drawback is that there are indeed mold spots on the walls of the room. If you don't have a motorcycle, it's best to grab it. It's a bit far from the lively area on foot.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation.
The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great!
The breakfast environment is excellent and the dishes are average

Beautiful accommodation, clean, French style, good service, there is a motorcycle rental as well. I like the most is that the bed is very soft but there is no food. It's okay to go to eat local food instead. It's close to the city, but it's not busy, convenient to travel, but the entrance will be confused. A little bit in the first time
