The hotel provides a good service at front desk when I checked in before 2pm. Pretty staff upgraded my room to King size bed at the top floor. Room is clean and bed is super nice and comfy. Location is proximity to China town and ICC. Highly recommend to everyone.

Reception was wonderful. Had an incident where family needed some medical attention and they were very quick to provide support. Very thankful for the staff :)

Good to have the mini gym and pool especially since it is so close to Darling Harbour and George St.

Good location. Good service.
Only issue was WiFi was down for 2 days. I had to use my SIM to roam.

The room was nice, quite spacious and the location was great, close to all the attractions (either walking distance or just a short train or tram ride away). We initially got an older room but unfortunately the water heater and air conditioners did not work, so they upgraded us to a newly renovated room, which was a really nice gesture. Really appreciate it. Lots of amenities and food around, too. Plus the 2 queen size beds gave lots of sleeping space for a family like us. Strongly recommended.

The hotel did not allow me to register my Priority GuestRewards membership number because I had booked through Trip.com, suggesting I should book through Bookings.com in the future.

Pleasantly suprised. I got a room at late notice for a good price. The gentleman at reception was great when checking in I even received a room upgrade. Pool and sauna were good.
