Guest UserThe room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, making getting around a breeze. The most pleasant surprise was the night view from the window – the wide-open vista and sparkling city lights were delightful, day or night. The overall environment was quiet, and the service was attentive. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommended.

Booked a twin room with breakfast (including breakfast for two children) through Trip.com. The front desk initially claimed there was no breakfast, then gave us a room on the lowest floor. When checking out, it was pouring rain, and we had a ton of luggage, plus elderly and children. The concierge not only didn't help with an umbrella, but was also hesitant about lending one for us to get to the car.
I called the hotel's customer service through Trip.com, and the breakfast issue was resolved. As for the other 'software' aspects, it's really an issue of quality for an old five-star hotel. Chinese guests booking through Trip.com likely face discrimination and difficulties at this hotel.
The location is on the row closest to the Opera House, facing the Harbour Bridge in the front and the Botanic Garden in the back. The surroundings are right in the heart of the tourist hustle, but I personally prefer the garden view side. Breakfast is purely Continental, a la carte.

Opted to stay at Pullman Olympic Park during my recent Sydney visit as all the hotels in Sydney CBD were fully booked.
1. The hotel is not 5 star as claimed. At best, it is only a 4 star hotel. The room upkeep is below average Shower gel was not replenished regularly. Towels were missing
after the room cleaning.
2. Though it is only some 10 km. from Sydney CBD, you have to take 2 trains and a travelling time of 1 hour to get to CBD.
3. There is hardly any activity going on at the Sydney Olympic Park except when there is some sporting activity. There is no significant shopping area except for a DFO some 3 km. away. A few eateries of which only one remains open after 9pm -till 10pm.
So, the only reason for one to stay at Olympic Park is if you are involved in some activity taking place there.

The hotel is located in Penrith 🏨, near a large shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants, which can meet daily needs. There are also entertainment facilities nearby, including water golf and other recreational options.
Accommodation includes free parking 🚘, making it suitable for families.
The staff's attitude was excellent, making us feel right at home ❤️.

Anonymous UserThis stay was excellent, very satisfying! The room size was just right, enough space to open two large suitcases, and the bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. Transportation was decent; it's a ten-minute walk to Mascot, or a bus ride of under 10 minutes to Sydney Airport T2 and T3. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious! Great value for money.
