I stayed for 7 nights. The apartment overlooks the Queen Mary building of the University of Sydney, which is perfect for parents whose children attend the university, as it's just a few minutes' walk away. **Pros**: The room is very spacious with two queen-sized beds (1.5 meters each), accommodating up to 4 people. The sheets and towels were very white. **Cons**: There was no toothpaste or slippers, and the tap water is directly from the faucet. The room cleaning was very perfunctory; there was noticeable dust on the tables, nightstands, and lamps. The bathroom was too small, and the overall decor felt very old. I'd still recommend it for parents whose daughters study at the University of Sydney. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the university. The price is relatively low, and it's fine if you don't mind the older decor.

I stayed for five nights, and the hotel's location is excellent. Everything listed below is within a 10-minute walk: Sydney's bustling pedestrian streets, QVB (Queen Victoria Building) for shopping, luxury stores near Sydney Tower, Circular Quay ⛵️, Darling Harbour, museums, art galleries, the Botanical Garden, and Sydney University… all very close. A taxi to the Fish Market cost 33 AUD and took 8 minutes. Alternatively, it's a 30-minute walk. The only downside to the room was its size; with two suitcases, there was hardly any space to move. There were no slippers or toothbrushes, but these could be obtained from the front desk; we brought our own. There are several convenience stores downstairs. In Sydney, convenience stores without a liquor license cannot sell alcohol, so if you want a drink, head to a bar or buy alcohol beforehand from a licensed store to avoid searching later. We found one such store at Circular Quay. Manly Beach is accessible from Circular Quay and offers beautiful scenery. There's also a good Chinese restaurant nearby called 'Mr. Huang's shop'.

Hotel is easy to find, but there’s nothing in the neighbourhood—you’ll need to drive to get anywhere. The bathroom amenities are very basic. Breakfast is not worth $36—you only get instant coffee, which is very disappointing. The sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, not for adults. You can feel the springs when sitting on it, and the mattress is very thin.

The location is very convenient, and the view is excellent. Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The geographical location is superior, making travel convenient, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. I would choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! It was a very good stay. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The facilities were comprehensive, and the value for money was great. Everything exceeded expectations, highly recommended.

The room facilities were great, and the location was absolutely perfect – just a 5-minute walk to international departures. The hotel front desk staff, however, were quite unfriendly; this might have been due to my English not being very fluent. This hotel is ideal for catching early morning flights. Sydney international departures are incredibly busy in the mornings; I woke up at 6 AM and already saw traffic building up. It took almost half an hour from leaving the hotel to checking in my luggage. After that, I only had enough time to quickly browse duty-free before boarding.

I initially booked a one-bedroom apartment here for just two nights as a stopover before moving to the Shangri-La. However, my kids loved the apartment layout and the fact that we could cook. The space was surprisingly large and very clean. Unit 07 might be bigger than average, and it even has a huge balcony. While the decor is a bit older, the bathroom has a Japanese style, and all the corners were quite clean. We ended up extending our stay for three more nights, upgrading to a more expensive, newly renovated deluxe one-bedroom apartment. But it was clear that the older units were more spacious, and the new one just had newer facilities. The older apartment definitely offers better value for money. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, the metro, dining, and supermarkets, making it ideal for families traveling with children.

Lovely, clean hotel with comfortable beds, pre-check-in luggage storage and located on the same street as the Victoria Cross metro station entrance which allows for quick, convenient travel to the CBD via metro. The only issues with the location is that it was hard to find at first as it was hidden behind a couple of tall apartment buildings and it's located on a steep hill, so be prepared to drag your suitcase up the hill if you're not bringing your car there. Otherwise, would recommend staying there.

Pros: Fantastic location. Even though some reviews mentioned the bed being too soft, it was actually the most comfortable hotel bed my kid has slept in for years. I usually have trouble sleeping in new beds, but this one didn't give me any insomnia. The front desk service was relatively warm and welcoming. The in-room capsule coffee machine worked great. Nice view from the window. Cons: The duvet cover situation was really odd; there wasn't one. The duvet insert was just sandwiched between two sheets, and it would come undone as soon as you lay down. The room was quite small. Every day, inexplicably, dust would settle on the bed. Houskeeping seemed to be inconsistent: one day the coffee wasn't restocked, another day the trash wasn't emptied completely, and some days we got an excessive amount of towels. The room was small.

I visited three cities during my trip to Australia: Melbourne, Gold Coast, and Sydney. For Melbourne and Gold Coast, I booked Airbnb accommodations, but for Sydney, I opted for a hotel. I initially expected the hotel room to be small, especially since it's in the city center. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, with plenty of room for luggage. Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was spotless. My only minor issue was with the room service; we waited an hour for our order to arrive, which was a bit slow and could be improved.

The location is excellent. The room you stayed in faces the beach and you can see the beautiful sunrise. There is a train station nearby (5-7 minutes walk), and you can take the train out of Sydney city center without driving. There are many attractive quality restaurants surrounding the hotel. This stay was very satisfying and unforgettable for my girlfriend and I. In addition, there are ample parking spaces in the hotel's basement, but the parking fee is A$30 per day, which is reasonable.
