酒店進門看着挺好，辦理入住迅速，一進電梯有一股味道，房間是很寬敞，裝修太老了，熱水壺下面有塊地毯還是濕的，馬桶下水太慢了，洗手盆下水管還漏水，房間沒有礦泉水了，居然告訴我需要收費兩元一瓶，哈哈，會員權益，歡迎水果沒看到，退房時，前台小姐姐還是很熱情的。

酒店緊鄰運河，風景無敵，我們到達日期的當天上午酒店主動給我們打電話安排到景區東門的電瓶車接送和注意事項，第二天下午因為景區遊人數量劇增，電瓶車禁行，又幫我們手提行李送到最近的小南門出口，服務非常好。

酒店工作人員特地給我們安排了很安靜的房間，休息的特別好，服務很貼心。房間裏就能看到古運河，古城夜景特別美，有點兒江南的意思。吃的也還合口味，由其是拉皮炒雞蛋，挺特別的，雜糧煎餅配小醬菜，小葱超好吃。

酒店位置很好，出門就是此等美景，靠着關帝廟。房間裏還送了水果，早餐菜煎餅和黃花牛肉麪也很好吃，離開的時候還送了小零食，有電瓶車送到景區門口，服務非常好，非常棒的旅行體驗！！！

一家四口攜帶長者來古城旅遊，攜程上面顯示很多客棧，當時憑感覺訂的這家會館，沒想到這是我遇到過酒店中最好服務的一家！我們臨近中午提前到了酒店，沒到下午入住時間，但是前台小哥哥看着我們帶着長者不方便，馬上幫我們找到了一間剛剛打掃完的房間，讓長者可以提前休息一下，下午長者感覺着涼了一點不舒服，我打電話給前台想問問有沒有薑茶水，小哥立馬讓後廚幫忙現煮了一碗小米粥外加一杯薑絲水，送到客房給長者，還有就是我們第二天早上為了趕路，決定早晨5:30出發，前台小哥特別貼心留下了他的電話，讓我們早上聯繫他，他給我們安排電瓶車送我們到古城出口（小南門），還給我們準備了牛奶麪包棗糕等可以攜帶的早餐，我們真的感覺特別貼心，真的覺得這家會館的服務太棒了，長者這次旅行特別開心，我們下次再來古城還會選擇這家山西會館，也會推薦給身邊親朋好友，雖然酒店設施有些陳舊，比不上那些新裝修的客棧，但是在外旅遊住宿最重要的還是酒店的服務品質，總之這是我春節旅遊中碰到的最好的酒店啦！

到台兒莊當天入住是客棧，評分5.0入住價高也很高，但是不滿意我們入住親子房間浴巾就一個毛巾也一個，衞生紙也沒有，我們是凌晨一點入住的，體驗很差，第二天早上我就到客棧附近重新找酒店，找了幾家條件不好，走着路過無意間看到山西會館就進去問問，有客房配置4星看了房間就定下了，價高真的不高比客棧不知道好多少倍，服務也好，最最重要的酒店有接送，我們不知道有這種服務，到大廳退房時大堂經理及服務人員熱情問道我們怎麼走，我們還領着兩個孩子，我説我們走出去，酒店服務人員説我給你們安排酒店專用車，讓我們等一下一個小時一般，我們辦理好退房送我們的車到了門口，真的很感謝🙏，要知道我們前天晚上從東門停車場走進去的真的很遠，山西會館性價比超高，去台兒莊的朋友們看到我這條評論希望大家別踩坑！評分雖然沒有大家網上看到的那麼高，客棧評分很高不知道為什麼大家細品都知道🙏🙏

大年初七去的台兒莊古城，因為我是山西人特意定了山西會館，前台小姐姐特別熱情給安排了能看到河的大床房，會館設施條件都還不錯，也特別安靜。退房還贈送了孩子小禮物，總體來説很棒，推薦入住！
