Although the TV in the room is a smart TV, it is an Ambo box, so I am not familiar with the control. And although there are YouTube and Netflix, YouTube is very laggy to use. When watching videos, it will freeze when there are advertisements, but ordinary TV stations like You can watch it on momo, movie channels, or news channels. Nearby attractions include Tainan Art Museum, Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Hayashi Department Store - staff are very polite, proactive and helpful Cons: - no bottled waters provided. Flask provided to get drinking water from water dispensers located on room floor

Nice modern hotel / hostel in the city with nice big kitchen and relaxing area (unfortunately on the 3rd floor, without a room key or the help from reception not able to get there). Room was spacious. Toothbrush, laundry etc. need to pay for it. Got a voucher of 50 ********* dollar to spend at the hotel. Very strict with check out time (11am). Got a call at 11:02 that I need to check out. Free water in the room available. Overall happy with the hotel, room and service.

Pros: Cheap! Free washing machine and dryer. Staff were pretty good. Location was great. TV is room. Spacious. Cons: The whole place is old and tired. Very adequate - you get what you pay for.

The environment is beautiful as shown in the picture, but it is not recommended for families with large luggage. You need to climb stairs. The family room is on the 4th floor. The toilet and bath are not separated from wet and dry, so clothes and objects are easy to get wet. The sound insulation is very poor and the sound of cars is constant. Chatting and laughing downstairs, there are constant sounds of ambulances and even airplanes. In short, it is not suitable for families with large luggage and people who don’t like the whole bathroom and bathroom to be wet and are sensitive to noise.

There are also water dispensers and microwaves in the public area, so it is not a big problem. The guests are very quiet. It may be because it is a weekday. I hardly met other people during the three days I stayed there. The public bathroom is also clean and bright. The hair dryer is a Dyson. You need to swipe the room card to enter the female toilet. It is very friendly for girls traveling alone. The front desk staff has a good attitude. There was a special reminder when the floor was being renovated at the hotel entrance the next day. However, the room is on the twelfth floor and it has no effect at all 😂. The only small problem is that the room card suddenly could not be swiped in on the third day of check-in. I went downstairs and asked the front desk to update it before it could be used. Overall, it is quite suitable for backpackers. I will choose to stay here again next time I come to play~

My wife and I found the staff here to be especially helpful and conscientious. The room was what you would expect for a hotel in this price range, and it included an electric kettle and some free tea and coffee. The beds and temperature were comfortable, and the room was clean and in good condition, featuring good lighting in general and very good reading lights for night reading. The exercise room was limited to a few stationary bikes and treadmills with no other workout facilities, but it was easy to access and had a nice, big window. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of well-prepared food, plenty of seating (indoors and outdoors), and nice decor. We ate there three times and were always pleased with the food and service. There are plenty of restaurants, banks, and stores near the hotel, and it's about a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station. We highly recommend this place.
