The room is clean and spacious, there is no peculiar smell, and the water pressure in the bath is very strong. After playing in Tainan all day, I went back to the hotel to take a comfortable hot bath (there is also an oversized bathtub for bathing), which is super relaxing to relieve fatigue and lie down on the bed. Very comfortable! fell asleep right away š
But the performance of Chinese breakfast is not very good š Can you really not expect the meals of the hotel? š¤š¤š¤
After returning to Taipei, I found that the mobile phone charger was not brought back, and the hotel also helped to send it back!
The overall feeling is still very good, and I will want to stay in Tainan in the future!

The room was neat and clean, and the fly in the ointment was that the air-conditioning was not frozen enough to the maximum.

The bed was comfortable and sleepy, the breakfast was delicious, the dishes were quite varied, and the fruit was a little less. It's just that the faucet of the sink is a bit small, the handle is not tied, and it is easy to fall.

Convenient. Large space. Because there is a short time for opening. So the building will be a bit old. There are a lot of ants. It may be the reason for autumn. Especially. No breakfast. But the dike provides instant noodles (not cheap!). The service staff is kind. The price is OK. This price is not picked! !

The hotel is on a bus route between the Tainan Railway Station and Fort Zeelandia. It occupies several floors of a building with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. It serves a ********* breakfast buffet, including traditonal congee and buns, that may not suit the palate of some westerners. Personally,I pefer some western dishes like fried eggs and bacon. The staff is efficient and courteous in answering my enquiries about the public transport. In any event, I will consider staying in this hotel again.

GGuest UserSomer Hotel is a gem of a place to stay in Tainan. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay, one being the tatami room and one Western hotel style. Both were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. My favorite part was the snack and drink tray provided and refilled each night so that guests can try delicious ********* food. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious. You do have to reserve the time you want to eat, but that prevents long lines and crowding during the meal. The lounge where breakfast is served is also a nice place to hang out or do work outside of the hotel room. Other amenities like wifi and the bathroom products provided were great. Service was really good and the staff was extremely welcoming and helped us to call a taxi when we needed one. The hotel is in a great location and is easily walkable to historical landmark Chikan Tower and numerous restaurants and markets. I would definitely recommend Somer Hotel as a home base for exploring or even somewhere to take naps and relax while experiencing all the amazing food that Tainan has to offer.

YYapJunHad a very memorable stay at Lakeshore. Hotel was comfy and decent size. Location is very good. Easily accessible to all the touristy spots. Right opposite the hotel has plenty of beautiful photo spots too. Booked the hotel for our pre-wedding photoshoot and even the local photographer commended on the room and location. Love it. Buffet breakfast was also decent with wide variety of choices.

GGuest UserLocation was inconvenient especially if you do not drive. The public transport is a bit far from the hotel. Taxi service not available for short distance. We took the taxi from the hotel to Chiayi HSR which cost NT1,200.
Guests stayed at the hotel only allowed one visit per stay per person. To fully enjoy all the facilities for both floors, it will take at least 3 hours. The swimming pool was closed for renovation.
Breakfast selection was rather disappointing.

CCuipingThis time I stayed in a standard quadruple room. The room was as large as the space displayed in the photos of the website. The toilet was also very large. There was also a bathtub for children to play with water. The shower head was water pressure enough and the water temperature was stable. The cleanliness of the room is also as clean and odorless as netizens say. As for sound insulation, we lived on the 7th floor and did not encounter problems with poor sound insulation.
There are water dispensers, coffee machines, tables, chairs, and sofas in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is convenient to have dinner with friends when you come back from outside. The parking lot is very close and the nearby life function is convenient.
Trip.com After booking, we have a plus hotel Line. It is very convenient to contact directly if you have any questions before check-in. If there is any problem during the stay, the counter staff will kindly reply. A very warm hotel, and I will want to live in Tainan next time.

GGuest UserStrategically placed in the center of Tainan City, smack bang middle of the transportation hub. It is right behind the Main bus stations (North and South) which all buses in the city stop by (some start from those stations), so it would be very convenient for you to get around. As for the Train Station, it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which makes easier for people to travel further but still feel close enough to comeback. The hotel it self its pretty okay. The beds are clean and soft, they have a big bathroom, and spacious rooms for the most of it. For a budget hotel, i think its about worth it. The only downsides in my opinion are the windows, they layered them with black stickers and leave maybe a 10-20 cm gap that we can see through. Though it was buildings only buildings outside, feeling that you have more window view wouldn't be so bad. And the other thing, is the walls are a bit thinner, so it could not contain our noise neither our neighbours. Still, I understand that's a trade off. Overall, It's an okay place to stay.

GGuest UserThe most special hotel in Anping~~ Entering the lobby, there is a feeling of island vacation. From check-in to the atrium of the restaurant, it doesnāt feel like in Taiwan. There is a feeling of going to the island vacation. In addition to the room, there are many friendship facilities on each floor. Let everyone sit outside except in the room. The bed was clean, the air-conditioning was cold, and I slept well in the month. Finally, if I have the opportunity to eat the restaurant, the dishes are really good. The above is the comprehensive feeling that I have been living in ļ¼ and share it with you.

AAnonymous UserThe homestay is close to the Confucius Temple and Chishang Building. Because I am not familiar with the road section, I went the wrong way when I found the road but saw many monuments (small luck).
At the corner of the hotel, there are Simbak, McDonald's, Zhengda Book City, and Jiuchengjiu Stationery Store; the convenience store takes about 5 minutes to walk, a little distance.
The entrance corridor of the hotel is about two people shoulder to shoulder in and out of the width. The sound insulation is not very good. You will hear the voice of a slightly louder volume next door. There is a small air window in the room.
Hot water is very fast, water temperature, water pressure is stable.
The legendary stairs can be a punching spot, really straight; climb up or down the stairs will be autonomous and careful.
The homestay is located in a small alley, and taxi parking is not convenient.
Overall satisfaction, in line with the price.

When we there was no room for 3 ppl so they just give us 4 ppl room. It so comfortable & relaxing as there have long bathroom. However there was no aircon 11am - 1 pm

ććććThe entrance is located inside a convenience store, right next to the exit of Taiwan Railway Tainan Station. The facilities are quite run down and the hygiene is a bit questionable, but it's not bad. You can take trains and buses from here, so I think it's convenient for sightseeing in Tainan.
