Very convenient location with good service. Staffs helped with direction enquiries and loan umbrella when it rains. The hotel has some airline design feel.

Ximen Airline Hotel was a great base for exploring Taipei. The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. What really sets this hotel apart is its location. Just minutes away from public transportation, and surrounded by endless options for food, shopping, massage spots, and the lively Ximending night market!
That there seems to be a club upstairs, so we could hear music during the daytime. Thankfully, it quieted down at night, so it didn’t affect our sleep.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a super convenient area, this is a solid choice.

The hotel is clean and the guy receptionist who works only at night is really very friendly. Very good service and I will come back to stay here everytime I visit Taipei. The location is very good and convenient.

Great location. Very close to metro and ximending walking district. Hotel is nice even the window is a bit small. Room is spacious for 4 people. My family enjoyed staying here. The front desk guy is very helpful. Offering to bring my luggage down.

Great location, lovely stay for couples of night and I love the concept. Easy check in and check out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Speak English
The room didn’t have plug where the bed is. Only at the desk but very far from the bed.
