Amenities within the hotel were good. Staff not as friendly as other accommodations we had; only did the bare minimum 😂 breakfast option was so-so unlike those usual hotel breakfast. However there is a bathtub and bed is cosy.

Breakfast awefull no good at all
Reception staff no professional, pushy and some don’t speak English !!!!!!!!!
AC is centrally and can’t down temperature.
Checkout is oppressive and harassing ! Unless call
Toilet paper is a joke
No savon no brush nothing

The staff were very helpful helping us with our luggage and receiving a package.
The room was nice, spacious, the sauna was a nice addition. Blackout curtains vere nice. The breakfast was lovely.
Also, the location is very convenient, not far from Taipei Station.
