Pros
N Hotel Taipei is very well-situated, offering convenient access to the NTU Hospital MRT Station, which makes traveling around the city straightforward. Its proximity to 228 Peace Memorial Park further enhances the location, providing both accessibility and a pleasant environment. Despite being in the city center, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, making it a suitable choice for guests seeking both convenience and tranquility.
Cons
The overall service quality at the front desk could be improved. During interactions, staff members appeared to lack the warmth and welcoming demeanor typically expected in the hospitality industry. Enhancing staff training in guest relations and hospitality would significantly elevate the overall guest experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It felt very safe, had plenty of restaurants close by, and it was just a short walk to the main attractions. Perfect location for exploring the city!

The whole experience was awesome, clean and nice. Very convenient as there is self check-in machine provided. We love the toilet so much, spacious and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable to sleep in. But not recommended for elderly who can’t walk for long, as it’s 6 mins walking distance to nearest MRT. Anyway, my boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much for 2 days.😍

The room is decent for two people. Check in process is easy and friendly staff. Smart toilet. Nearby met station and Ximending where you find a lot of good food. Just 10 mins walk to Ximending market

Room has a very cozy feel to it, came as a couple and space was exactly what we were looking for. Room and lobby was super clean, even their water was super clean (Tested with a filter showerhead, it stayed clean the whole trip we were there and we took multiple showers daily). Only a 10 min walk away from XIMENDING and nearest metro station was only 5 mins away, super good location for travelling around. Even though lobby is closed after 11pm, it still eases my anxiety knowing that there is a guard at level 1 keeping a look out 24/7. Room cleaning is only done when you request for it but it worked out well for us as we dislike getting our room cleaned daily. Overall, its a super good place and would recommend.

Amazing location, just minutes from key sights like the Presidential Office and conveniently situated between two MRT stations, with the main HSR station also nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, a special shoutout to the Indonesian girl at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name). Free drinks and snacks were available all day, which was a great touch. The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice, and the street view was lovely. Despite being on a main road, the room was well soundproofed. Highly recommended!

Me and my friends recently stayed at this hotel and really impressed by the excellent service and location. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to leave our baggages before check-in and after check-out time. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options especially in ximending area.
However, the amenities were somewhat limited and understandable due to their enviromental rules. The cleanliness was mostly good, but I did notice a few minor issues, like some left bottle under the bed. Rooms weren't very soundproof and could hear noises from neighboring room which made it harder to relax at times. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for great service and a prime location, will def come back
