Hotels Near LOHAS Park in Taipei

The water pressure was good. The location is very near to MRT station. A 3 minutes walk. Quite a number of 7-11/Family Mart nearby. We stayed in a room with windows, hence it was spacious. With 3 medium luggages opened up, it has no issue. But some parts of the walls didn't touch up. The toilet was clean. There's a big table with an office chair, unfortunately the chair is quite run down and I have to sit the chair with a towel on it. Everything was actually fine. Unfortunately, there's bed bugs. Our legs are super itchy until when we are back to our own country. I even cover the bed with disposable bedsheets. In the end, it didn't solve the bed bugs issue either. Hope the hotel can take note of this. I don't mind staying here again.

This is my go to place in Taipei! I can hardly find any fault with the hotel other than wishing the location is just next to or above the train station. Even with that the location at Zhongxiao Fuxing is so central, you can go to anywhere with the train or by bus. It’s about 5 mins walk to the hotel from the train station. The lobby is at Level 5 which was lovely and turns into a mini bar lounge at night. There is a snack bar with drinks at the lobby that is open to guests. You can also leave a review for some of the hotel goodies. The room was huge with a toilet and shower. There are two sinks. Like how the toilet and shower are separated. For the shower there is a tub area which is so comfortable after a day of visiting and walking. I like the music player which is so vintage too. TV is huge with a lot of channels. The bed is huge and comfortable. This is really the place to go in Taipei. You can see the view of 101 when walking to the hotel from the metro. There is also many family marts around. The hotel is actually next to a police station.

All expects of the hotel are done pretty well except for the service. It is located in the heart of Taipei City which makes going anywhere convenient, range between 15 mins - 30mins by cab. The breakfast are well cooked, just don't expect much variations. The service is really bad among the male employees. They shows an inpatient face & tone when I ask them for wifi password after check-in. And when there's problem in the my room, they expect me to fix it myself instead of sending a technician up. When I ask one of the old man, he quickly say 'No No', and leave. This is very bad. I will not be glad to return.

Of course it is superb. It has hosted many foreign leaders and its elevator can accommodate 30 Marble nis used in the bathroom and it's large balcony offers a great view of the city. The location was carefully chosen on a hill but the hotel has complimentary shuttle be to the closest subway station. Their staff are extremely professional and helpful!

Location is near Taipei main station however it is very complicated to walk to the hotel using the underground mall. Preferably to walk on above ground. The hotel is quite dimly lit. My spouse does not feel comfortable staying there as she feel quite spooky. However the hotel is going green. Therefore many things are not provided.

To date, during my 4th visit to Taipei, this is by far the best hotel overall in terms of price, proximity, location and amenities. As for breakfast, I have no comments as I chose the stay without it. The hotel is just opposite the Taipei Main Station and it is super convenient if you are travelling a lot by Metro or HSR. The hotel basement is linked directly to the Taipei Main Station and you need not fret even on rainy days. On the basement level, you can access to a wide spread of Japanese restaurants and other eateries. Starbucks and Tim Ho Wan are within reach too. Behind the hotel, there are in fact a lot of small eateries and stalls. You might want to give it a try if you like to eat like a local! There are far too many food choices near this hotel. You will never go hungry. Hotel room cleanliness and amenities are good, nothing to fault. On the other side, noticed there is only 1 laundry washing machine and 1 dryer within the hotel which is very limited. Hope in time to come, there will be more as it is very convenient for long stay travellers' to have their laundry done here. Price is very reasonable too, 50 twd for washing and another 50 twd for drying. What a good deal! Just to highlight for amenities, you will have to get from the hotel counter as they do not provide inside the room, eg comb, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Overall, this is the hotel I fancy the most and I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again in time to come!

It was 2500TWD for 2 nights. Because it was a weekend, the price was almost the same for one night and two nights. It is on the 7th floor of the building next to Shinko Mitsukoshi at Taipei Station. It feels like the office building was forced into a hotel for each floor, and there is no window. Each room has a toilet shower, a refrigerator, a valuables box, a kettle, a TV and a cooling. I think the room is quite spacious. I am not good at dormitory, I am not good at bus toilet joint, but I recommend it to those who want to stay cheaply.

The location is quite convenient (close to both the Taipei station and the Beimen station) so travelling around is easy. However the hotel does not offer breakfast at all (according to the staff) so if that's something you care about, it's good to take note. The room was rather small for two people and difficult to open a luggage as the walkway was quite narrow, but the room is clean and tidy. The toilet and shower were separated which was quite nice as well.

The location and the amenities are very impressive. Near the metro and convenient to go anywhere. They have daily cleaning but my room haven’t cleaned one day because I went out late and came back early, the housekeeping offered us new amenities and water (so good). Overall great and recommended!!!!

The hotel is situated in an incredibly convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Ximending Night Market! When it comes to breakfast, I found that the offerings were quite repetitive, with the same items served each day. If you're someone who enjoys variety in your morning meals, you might want to consider skipping the buffet altogether and exploring some of the local breakfast options available nearby. There are plenty of cafes and eateries in the area that can provide a more diverse and enjoyable dining experience. On another note, I did have some interactions with the staff at Takao Restaurant, and I must say that they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. The service felt a bit lacking, especially from an older lady who seemed to create quite a scene when handling the plates. This could detract from the overall dining experience, so it might be worth considering other dining options if you're looking for a more pleasant atmosphere.
