Really nice hotel for a family of 3. A spacious room for 3+ luggages opened and a bathroom with bathtub, bathroom and toilet separated, allowing more than 1 using the bathroom. Nice breakfast area with buffet and a la carte menu section.

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the seamless service and cozy atmosphere at 承攜行旅-台北復北館. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, offering a perfect balance of modern convenience and relaxed charm. We stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a typhoon day in Taiwan, all shops are closed, super windy that day. No choice but nowhere to go. Front desks are very accommodating, since last minute I did a room, and a lot of cancel room thats why I was able to get one, due to the said typhoon. Big room, huge beds, and a sort of mini dining table. Basically, it's so spacious. Corridors are big, and the design of the hallway overlooking the dining area is nice. But better with good signs of the room designation, if not, you might get lost. The hotel is very convenient with a convenient store beside it. MRT, Arena, shopping mall is just right the corner. Recommend for next stay. 我们在这里住了几晚。刚好入住时台风天，所有商店都关门了，那天风超大，别无选择，无处可去，住能留在饭店。 前台小姐非常热情，因为我临时多订了一间房，而且有很多人取消了房间，所以我才能订到，因为台风，不然爆满刚好当天‘’大明星开演唱会‘’’ 房间很大，床也很大，还有一张迷你餐桌。基本上，房间很宽敞。走廊很大，设计也很好，但美中稍有不足，最好走廊能有好的房间指示牌，不然你可能会迷路。 酒店非常方便，旁边有便利店。捷运、Arena、购物中心就在拐角处。 总言，饭店不错，值得再来住。

I would definitely return to Hej Hotel whenever I visit Taichung. The location is excellent, strategically close to the night market and with a 7-Eleven just downstairs. The room is clean and comfortable, as is the bathroom. The shampoo and shower gel smell wonderful and are very pleasant to use. There’s even a bathtub, although I didn’t have time to try it. The breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a traditional ********* breakfast. The porridge is delicious, and the fruits are fresh and sweet.

The lounge has toast, massage chairs, latte, etc. in the morning. It is not far from the MRT station. The pillows and beds are good for sleeping. High CP value

I really liked this hotel . Location is great and convenient. The price is a little bit high , but is okay . I guess in Taipei is not really easy to find a nice place for a small amount of money .By the way ,the Room was cleaned well , the hotel provided towels, personal care toilet stuff, sleepers etc

Good location, 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Close to a night market and convenience stores (7-11 & Family Mart), but the night market is very small compared to others in the city. Room is nice, service is good, but the bedsheets is not the smoothest. Breakfast is average in the hotel. Better head out for breakfast shops 2 minutes walk from the hotel if you want the authentic ********* food experience.

I LOST MY THINGS. I told them not to clean my room and the next day I leave early for our northern tour. When I arrived at the hotel. They cleaned the bed and replaced the bed sheets. I clearly told them not to clean my room!! And now my teeth retainer for up and down denture is now lost! This cost me PXX,XXX per piece. It was wrapped in tissue paper. I placed it on the side table in a plate. They also tossed clean clothes to the dirty ones on the ground. Its not clean at all. I don't like people going round on my things specially If I didn't ask help to clean it. It happened last 3/2/25. I don't have time to escalate this since we are in hurry to leave the hotel in the midnight to catch my flight.
