As a tourist who likes to travel as a backpacker, I recently had the honor to stay at Ruth Travel International Youth Hostel Taitung Branch. This trip left a deep and wonderful impression on me. Here are my thoughts on the hotel service. First, let me talk about the hotel service. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Ruth Travel was gracious and welcoming. Even a simple greeting made me feel how much they care about their guests. During our stay, whether at the front desk or housekeeping, they were always smiling and willing to help. When I have questions or needs, they always answer and solve them patiently, making me feel warm and considerate service. In addition to the basic services, I was very impressed with the extras the hotel provided. For example, they provided free maps and travel suggestions, making it easier for me to explore local attractions and culture. In addition, they also organized various social activities, such as theme parties and city tours, to allow travelers to better interact and communicate with each other, which made my trip more enriching and interesting. Overall, Ruth Travel International Youth Hostel Taitung gave me a pleasant travel experience. Their attentive service made me feel at home. Not only did I find a comfortable place to stay, but I also felt a friendly and helpful travel atmosphere. For the guest rooms on the second floor, the hotel's facilities and business philosophy are great; however, please pay attention to the issues of sound insulation and hot water for bathing. The hot water pipeline is as long as Taitung's coastline. Travelers who need to use hot water have to waste 10 The water flow rate of ~15 minutes is contrary to your company's green concept. This is true for use at eight o'clock in the evening, and the same is true for use at eight o'clock in the morning.

Anything very well I will go back to stay this place again next time

This is my first time staying here. The environment is clean, friendly and comfortable. It doesn’t look like the usual impression of a backpacker hostel. I chose this place this time because it’s very close to the attractions I want to visit and it’s also convenient for food.

We have enjoyed everything what this hotel had to offer. Clean, minimalist, spacious and comfortable environment. Attention to detail made our stay more enjoyable. Most importantly the common area which is open atrium with plenty of books and seating area as well as various snacks, drinks were carefully thought/ planned. Definitely recommend!
