枕頭有黑色污染，我向酒店指出。酒店客户和前廳衹詢問有沒有什麼訴求。我明確講不需要補償，也沒有其他訴求。全程沒有道謙，搞得我衹想訛人似的。服務質量要捉高。

房間很好，酒店早餐也很好吃，工作人員服務都很熱情，很到位，因為收拾房間用時比較久還給優惠升級了房型。地理位置也挺好的，推薦大家去入住

設施：定的雙床房，竟然不能並床，要來的小夥伴可以參考。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：離太原動物園很近，十分鐘左右就能到。
服務：服務態度很好，前台免費為我們升級了房型，過程有些曲折。
