This hotel was okay. The trip.com description makes it appear as though this property has a laundry room and supplies laundry detergent. They do not have a laundry room and charge extremely high prices to launder guests' clothing. If you were counting on being able to do laundry, as I was, this is something to be aware of.

Located in the new business and government district area, the hotel is conveniently situated.for business travellers. The airport is about 20 minutes by car and also around 20 minutes to Taiyuan South railway station. Parking is also available at this property. Around the hotel are many restaurants and shops along with the giant MixC shopping mall.
The hotel boasts a range of high-quality amenities including a SPA, gym and excellent swimming pool. The downstairs restaurant is also excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which has many options available. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and offer plenty of space too.
Staff are very helpful and attentive and also speak good English. Highly recommended and my favorite hotel In Taiyuan!
