這次入住的酒店挺不錯的，值得推薦。前台的態度都挺好的，辦理入住和退房都很快，有問題諮詢也耐心解答，服務十分到位。房間乾淨，衞生打掃的很好，床睡得舒服，隔音效果也還可以，晚上沒怎麼聽到雜音。一般出行都是選擇漢庭這樣的連鎖酒店，整體來説，這個價位能有這樣的體驗很划算，下次來這邊還會考慮住這兒。

裝修很新，進門就覺得很舒適。漢庭優佳的裝修標準，更先進更人性化。該店交通便利、衞生清潔、服務周到、早餐品種多、營養豐富口味好。所有人員服務態度質量都好，有氣勢前台經理和今天值班的小哥，留下了美好的回憶。

路線1:太原南站地鐵站A口→坐地鐵1號線（河龍灣方向）經過18站→到達西客站地鐵站B口（票價5元）
路線2：在南站乘坐502（火車南站-勝利橋東方向），經過19站在大南門公交站下車→大南門地鐵站E口，坐地鐵1號線經6站到達西客站地鐵站（502票價2元，車窗好像打不開，乘坐過程很不透氣。大南門站乘1號線票價3元）
優點：房間寬敞整潔，窗簾比較遮光，有一次性洗漱用品，房內有4瓶水和茶包，咖啡包。前台工作人員態度很好，退房時還送了2瓶水（^^）。大廳可以自選枕頭，有洗衣機，旁邊有一家麪館價格實惠味道不錯。周邊有金虎便利，西客站地鐵站，南寒公園。
缺點：周邊看起來有點荒涼，酒店位置好像在一個小區裏，從西客站地鐵站出來後，走了好一段路才到，電梯裏還掛着按摩廣告啥的，感覺怪怪的。附近路上人行道被一堆車佔據，汽車站旁邊的飯店味道一般。
