This was an amazing hotel to stay in: comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is well placed for the City Center attractions. I found it an ideal spot, and my stay was ideal. I was sorry to leave, to be honest. Brilliant hotel and stay, service.

The room is quiet and tidy, but this room type does not have a separate bathroom, which is surrounded by cloth, which is a bit unfamiliar. The breakfast variety is rich, the underground parking lot is a three-dimensional parking garage, and the management staff carefully guides the reverse parking, thumbs up! When I left on the morning of the 5th, the revolving door suddenly broke, and the luggage fell inside. The lobby manager immediately asked the property staff to help, and finally solved it and did not miss the flight.

I went to Taiyuan to watch a concert and chose this Holiday Inn in the city center. The hotel is located in the bustling downtown area, close to Food Street and Bell Tower Street, and the transportation is also very convenient. The subway station is 20 meters away. This time I stayed in a big bed, the room temperature was suitable, the whole house could be controlled by Xiaodu, the breakfast was OK, and the waiter had a lot of room for improvement; A small suggestion: if there is a no-smoking sign in the room, there is no need to put an ashtray. I don’t know whether Taiyuan is completely non-smoking, which is indeed a bit contradictory; I would like to especially thank a manager at the hotel front desk, who not only introduced me to the interesting local check-in places in Taiyuan, but also prepared fruits for me when I returned to the hotel after the concert.
