The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers. The bathroom was quite cold so it ****** to take a shower but the water was hot
