環境：環繞在山野裏的一家酒店！
衞生：非常乾淨整潔，私湯非常棒！
服務：日式跪式服務，非常到位！
非常推薦的一家酒店，距離平湯車站不遠，步行6分鐘即可抵達。房間非常好！開窗見綠，尤其是私湯温泉，私密性也特別棒！除了難定找不到其它理由了！

旅館從平温站步行約7分鐘，接待員態度不錯，能說少許英語，房間向著樹林、新淨舒服，房間內有温泉，餐廳薄片牛肉十分美味，份量足，條狀牛肉太肥吃不下，餐食的年輕男服務能說流利英語，但晚餐後接待處便漆黑一片，空無一人，也沒有任何文字及指示導明到那邊找旅館職員，要是有緊急事故便麻煩了

旅館位於平湯温泉村的近入口旁支路深處，步行約5-10分鐘，提前打電話給旅館，會有車到平湯温泉巴士站接送，雖然車程衹有2分鐘，但下雪天路面濕滑，對於拖着拉桿箱的我們來説還是非常有幫助的。
和式套房比較寬敞，帶個小陽台，衞生間和洗面台都是獨立房間，還帶個2-3平方的私湯温泉。富含鐵質的温泉可以直接飲用。整體乾淨整潔！
落地窗門外是個小陽台，直接面朝密林，私密性極佳。
一泊二食的晚餐早餐都是在自己房間裏，晚餐以飛驒和牛為主的會席料理，有涮有烤。和式早餐也是極其豐盛。
服務人員在接待接送時熱情友好，入住後基本看不到人，衹要內線9召喚，基本上兩三分鐘就可以到房間門口。
雖然價格小貴，但物有所值，體驗感極佳！

如果去到平湯温泉的話，超級推薦來這一家泡温泉，每一間房間都有私湯，這家是自己家的原湯，鐵温泉，温泉質量沒話説，還有室外的公共湯。冬天看着雪景泡温泉，無與倫比的體驗！

I can’t say enough about this experience. My fiance and I stayed here for two nights, one with the Hida beef dinner and breakfast and one without. Hands down the most memorable experience of our two week Japan stay and I highly suggest it to anyone as a first time ryokan/onsen experience. The room was very nice and clean and the personal bath in our room -literally- brought tears to our eyes the first time we got in. Don’t even get me started on the dinner…fabulous! But the best part was the ladies that make up the staff. What caring and dedicated staff! They not only provided incredible service, but they even helped us identify a dinner spot the next night and assisted in making us a reservation. We felt so cared for and we were touched by their kindness. Note to travelers: cash is king in this village and there are no ATMS! Make sure to withdrawal the cash before you travel and to buy your bus tickets early.
