Lotte Hotel Guam Reviews

The hotel is old, but it is clean and nice. The staff is also friendly. If you are traveling with your parents, it would be better because there are many Korean staff. I stayed in a family suite, so the view was not that great. But it had a kitchen, so it was good for making simple meals. If you want a more stylish interior, Dusit Thani is good. It is close to downtown and connected to The Plaza Mall, so it is convenient to visit Honolulu Cookies or Stussy stores. Conclusion!! If you don't want to spend a lot on accommodations, but don't want to go to an ambiguous place, I recommend Lotte!!

The hotel staff's service is great, and there's a Starbucks on the first floor. The sea view room has a beautiful view. You can see the endless seaside from the room. (You can also see the hotel facilities next door XD) It's a pity that when I stepped into the room, I saw scraps of paper stuck to the floor. Cleanliness needs to be improved. In addition, the headboard in the room is a bit old (it has spots on it), the TV is not a smart TV, and there is no option to click on the remote control to connect to YT.

The building is a little old, but the location is the best. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and you can go directly to the sea from the poolside. There are a lot of people at Tumon Beach, but in front of the Lotte Hotel it was relatively empty and I was able to take a lot of great photos. There were people who rented out SUPs and kayaks for a little money, so I had a lot of fun!

The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the sunset seen from the hotel pool was so impressive. It was a great place to spend some quality time with my spouse, and I was able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping, so it was a very comfortable trip.

This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again. The whole family is very satisfied. It is in a great location with nearby Sarang Cliff and Gun Beach.

It's located a little above the center, but walking wasn't a problem. The room was spacious and the hotel view was nice. The parking lot fills up quickly, but you can also park across from the hotel. There are Korean staff, so if you can't communicate well in English, there's no place like this.

The location is good and the parking lot is ample. More than anything, it was nice to be able to use Korean! I've been to all the breakfast/dinner buffets and they are good value for money. It was delicious!
