"This review is going to be ”unfair” because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff. "

"Our family of four stayed in a 3-bedroom panoramic condominium with an ocean view and kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time."

"I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!"

PIC has many delicious restaurants to choose from, including American, Western, Japanese, and buffets. The key is that an adult can bring a child under 11 years old to dine for free, and a family of four with two children does not need to pay extra for the child. It’s a waste. "overall satisfactory 1 has a simple kitchen with a frying pan, a cooking pot similar to the size of a milk pot. There are clips, knives, and chopping boards, and there are basically dishes for washing dishes. There are forks and spoons. Note there are no knives. 2 There are dining tables, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and electric stoves. You can buy some oil, beef, milk, and fruit to cook for yourself. No coffee machine, no toaster. Boil water in a kettle on the stove. 3 There are two double beds and two single beds in the room, which is more suitable for a family of 6-7 people. 4 The hotel has a swimming pool and free ice near the lobby 5 The nearest beach is the beach of Crowne Plaza across the road."

"I think this is the cleanest/newest hotel in Guam. The room was pleasantly dry in the humid weather outside, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Everything about the room was great. Only downside I found was there were very limited smoking areas. No smoking in balcony, only 2 designated smoking areas in the entire resort. If I knew that no smoking in balcony, I would rather book the regular room with mountain view. Another downside was limited stuff you can rent for playing in the water. Others have more fun stuff to borrow but this resort has few stuff and kids pool was closed. If you are with kids, this resort may not be a great option for your kids unless the kid's pool opened. If you are looking for a clean room with nice ocean front, this is the best choice."

"The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well."
