Tamuning Hotels with Pools

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very satisfied. The entire hotel has an open, resort-like feel, and you can truly immerse yourself in the atmosphere. The view from the balcony was particularly stunning, making me feel like I had the vast ocean all to myself. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, enough to enjoy something different each day. The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff clearly paid attention to every detail. The pool was also very clean, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing swim. From the views and facilities to the service, everything was highly satisfactory. If I ever visit Guam again, I would definitely love to stay at this hotel.

I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

お部屋はとても広かったです！ ですがホテルはかなり古い感じで、バルコニーの床は剥がれてたり、いたるところが錆びてたりって感じでした💦 1番嫌だったのが、リビングの床に蟻がたくさんいたこと｡｡｡ これはかなりストレスでした。 シャンプーなどのアメニティはありましたが、タオルはバスタオルのみでフェイスタオルはありませんでした。 シャワーの水圧は弱く、お湯の出も微妙な時がありました。 フロントのスタッフは、とても感じが良い方がいた一方、愛想がない方もいました。 料金が安かったので色々仕方ないかなってところですね。

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The facilities are old and the hygiene is concerning; the pillows had a strange smell, just as other reviews mentioned. However, my kids absolutely loved the water park and spent a long time there every day. Staying in Block B was very convenient, as the water park was right off the elevator. The staff were also very friendly and installed a safety rail as I requested. The room was spacious, and the view from the 29th floor was fantastic. They even provided a clothes drying rack, which was a thoughtful touch.

I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
