Paid extra for a sea view room! The view was great! However, the facilities are old and outdated! On the first night, a broken chair on the balcony cut my family member's foot! Their only response was 'sorry!' without even bothering to ask if the wound was serious. The air conditioning was over 80 decibels and wasn't cooling at all! The noise made it impossible to sleep. Their handling of the issue was really poor. A maintenance person came, turned it up to full blast, told us to call back in 10 minutes if it still wasn't cool, and then left! On the last day, they finally left a letter asking if we wanted to change rooms. The hotel management is truly awful, beyond belief!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent for an Asian palate, especially for the price. The facilities felt a little dated and the outdoor pool was smaller than expected. However, the air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water, so I had a comfortable stay overall.

I was very happy that I was given the room I wanted! The location was great and the bus stop was close by! There was also an infinity pool where I could relax while enjoying a drink.
