SSuinAll the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ă

For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!

GGuest UserI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasnât great, not the hotels fault so I didnât swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasnât any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. Iâve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesnât turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldnât get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

GGuest UserThe hotel is indeed a bit too old. The cleanliness was also quite poor. Fortunately, the front desk service was on point and communication was smooth. The only upside was the wide variety of water activities, which the kids really enjoyed.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

BBaijiahei2006Good location, only 26đŞ taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
