The Bayview Hotel Guam

The room and bed were surprisingly spacious, and the view outside was lovely. However, I was quite surprised to wake up and find the floor wet. I assume it was due to humidity or something similar, but even my sandals were damp, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, the front desk staff were very helpful and the stay was good.

Very clean. Within walking distance to the beach. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. You can see the ocean from the room, and there are restaurants and stores nearby.

Trip.com, please take responsibility for your customers. You shouldn't promote hotels like this on your app anymore. The facilities are old, and for a hotel that costs over 800 a night, there's not even a pool. It's just a large motel, completely unrelated to a vacation. The picture was taken on the balcony, and it's a ten-minute walk from Tumon Bay.

The room was quite spacious, and the hot water was really nice. Parking is free and there are plenty of spots available. The balcony view was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, close to the main road, though not directly by the sea. There are many shops and restaurants just a short walk away, offering plenty of options. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many good places to eat nearby.

The shower only had cold water. The exterior of the hotel looks old, but the interior is pretty clean.
