It is clean , convenient hotel. Just the shower didn’t have good pressure.

Booked two nights, came late evening, found room was a bit noisy, but unable to change to other room due to fully booked told by the receptionist next morning. So we had to book other hotel for second night.

The studio served it's purpose. We were dry and warm. I'd say they're due to replace the mattress and fix the window latches , however, we still slept well . It was affordable so wasn't expecting 5 star.. All in all it's an economical option

Overall it's OK. It's not the peak tourist season, there are fewer people, and the breakfast is OK

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good, and the lake was across from the hotel. The scenery was great, but parking spaces were tight, so if you come back later you might need to park farther away.

Parking is very convenient. Taupo is not very big, so it is not too far to go anywhere. It is an old hotel, and the price is not bad. It is 0.8 of the price. Suitable for children with limited budget

This hotel is very dilapidated and does not match the photos. It is just a truck hotel.

I forgot my bag under the hotel mattress. It contained important things such as my passport. The hotel staff searched for it several times before finding it. We drove for more than an hour to go back and get it. We were very excited to find it.
