We stayed at this hotel for the first two days of our Georgia trip. It's about 1km from Freedom Square, a quick walk away. We booked it mainly because it offered free parking, which we needed for our rental car overnight. Plus, it's within walking distance to nearby attractions. We originally booked a double room, and while checking in, we took a look. Although the hotel thoughtfully added a small extra bed, the room was really tiny and had no balcony. So, we canceled it and upgraded to a suite with a balcony. In reality, the balcony wasn't very useful; it rained continuously for the first two mornings, turning the balcony into a drainage channel. Once the rain stopped, I waded through the puddles to snap a couple of photos. The bathroom looked clean, but the odor was just awful. Even after just going downstairs for breakfast and coming back, the moment I opened the room door, the bathroom reeked. With limited time, we couldn't bother with changing rooms, so we had to put up with it, keeping the bathroom door tightly shut at all times, otherwise, the room would be unbearable. On the positive side, the hotel service was good, and breakfast was quite rich with a wide variety of cheeses.

An excellent hotel for a holiday in Tbilisi, with friendly staff and a pleasant breakfast. Room cleaning is top-notch. I especially want to highlight room 506 on the 5th floor, which has a huge terrace with a view. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The site is good and the reception was unprofessional and we counted 50 for Ari because the sheet had a stain despite warning to them from the first day that the pillows are not good and have a smell and bad smell inside the rooms and smoke, although we asked that the rooms are not for smokers for the presence of children and also the sheets are not clean from the ends and the stairs are falling and the air conditioning does not work in one of the rooms and the breakfast is not good and the lack of response in addition to ****** looks from the reception staff

Our family with a small child really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, just a 25-minute walk to the old town through a park. The room was clean with no strange smells, and it had a balcony. The only minor issue was the weak water pressure in the shower. The service was very good, and the breakfast was impeccable. The hotel itself was clean and tidy.

I've been to Tbilisi three times, and all three times I've stayed at this hotel. It's good, clean, conveniently located, and has friendly staff who all speak Russian. The breakfasts are good. Only positives, definitely recommend. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.

Our originally planned apartment had a water outage, so we had to book this place last minute on the same day. The plumbing facilities are clean, the room is spacious, it comes with a balcony, and breakfast is included. The location isn't the absolute best, but it's surprisingly convenient with restaurants and a park nearby. I also recommend taking a walk along the river in the cool morning. There's a rooftop on the top floor, so you can bring a drink and relax there. Since Rustaveli Avenue is under construction and closed to traffic, buses are stopped, so using Bolt (taxi app) is a cheaper and more convenient way to get around.

The hotel's location is great, right next to an 8000vintage store, and it's also very convenient to walk to the old town. The hotel offers excellent value for money. The room isn't large but it's well-laid out, and the breakfast is plentiful.

A wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, so it’s easy to get to all the main attractions and public transportation from here. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and there was plenty to choose from every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and always ready to offer advice or help with anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, I was very satisfied, and I would return here without hesitation on my next visit.

Excellent location, everything was great. I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Georgia. All the sights are within walking distance. Good breakfast.

The service was excellent, and the European-style buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. There's also a very cute large rabbit on the second floor!

Overall, the experience was positive. The only downside was the lack of a parking space, despite the fact that we booked a room with parking. The room was clean, and the buffet was also good.

Great location, not far from the city center. We stayed for 5 nights. On the first night, we were given a room with a tiny balcony facing the street. It was very noisy, and the room itself was minuscule with worn-out, chipped furniture. In the morning, I went to the reception to request a room change. They offered an option overlooking the inner courtyard. The view wasn't great, but at least it was quiet and had a proper balcony, not just a token one. Breakfasts were repetitive, but you wouldn't go hungry. I wouldn't say this is a 4-star hotel; it's a solid 3-star. Overall, everything was good, but there were a few minor issues. The staff at the reception were excellent.

Breakfast was just okay. It's close to the pedestrian street, and all the nearby attractions are within walking distance, about two to three kilometers. The room has a small balcony. Overall, the room isn't big, but the cleanliness was acceptable.
