I had a wonderful stay at Eleon Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is a hidden gem with a fantastic rooftop. The view from the top is stunning, offering a perfect spot to relax. The rooms are well-appointed, super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, even showing me the way to where I wanted to go. The location is also a plus—situated in a quiet area yet still conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance to the Trinity Church.
The room is very big. It's like a homestay. The family also has a cute baby doll who is 1 year and 4 months old and super cute. The breakfast is rich, and you can order dishes for dinner, which is much cheaper than the scenic area.
You can walk to Tbilisi Station, and the subway and various buses are very convenient. The bar street is 800 meters away. The price is more than 100 RMB, which is very affordable.
There is a terrace overlooking the mountain view.
English can be communicated. They also like the egg yolk cakes I gave them. Friends who go again can bring some to share with them. Because they really can't eat it locally.
In short, Georgians are indifferent on the outside but kind on the inside. I have never been cheated on this trip. Many people will enthusiastically show you the way and help you translate and order dishes. I look forward to more and more Chinese people setting foot on this land. Leave a mark of China.
The rooms are quite small and lack basic amenities like a coffee maker or kettle. Breakfast offers a variety of options, but most items are served cold, and the restaurant staff rarely replenish the buffet. While the check-out process was smooth, check-in was poorly managed—we were initially given a room that was already occupied, which was both awkward and concerning.

Good location, 3 minutes walk from Ablavari station where metro and bus stops gather. There was also a mini supermarket Carrefour, a bank, and a currency exchange office nearby. It is close to the old town, so it is convenient for walking.
The staff can hardly speak English. There are many people at the reception, so it may be a little inconvenient when there is something.
The room also had a refrigerator and hot water pot, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no amenities, and we recommend bringing it as needed.
The hot shower took a little time to get hot, but it went out comfortably.
It is convenient to charge because there are many outlets (C type).
However, the heating effect of the air conditioner was subtly bad, and it was a little cold while it was cold in the morning and evening (and I couldn't operate it without a remote control in the first place, so I asked the staff to bring it from another room ...)
A cozy little hotel in the old town of Tbilisi. It is surrounded by residential buildings. The floors and walls are all made of marble, which has a long history. It's very close to Liberty Square and you can walk to various attractions in the city. The sanitation is relatively clean, and the aunt who does the sanitation is also very enthusiastic to say hello. The breakfast is rich and has local Georgian specialities, making it worth a stay for travelers.
The room is not big but it is clean, but there is no exhaust fan. There is no hair dryer as written, but I asked and there is none. The heater is broken, the door lock is also half broken, and there is no trash can.
But the location is very convenient, it's a 15-minute walk to Freedom Square, the nearby streets are nice to walk around, and there are parades on that street every day, you can take a look when you pass by
The hotel is in a good location, very close to RUSTAVELI subway station, about 20 minutes walk to Freedom Square, half an hour to the old town area. There are many shopping malls and dining options about 10-15 minutes walk down the mountain. The room is more spacious than expected (but the room area is not large), the hotel is relatively new, the environment is OK, the hygiene is good, and branded laundry is provided. Although the breakfast is simple, it is OK.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it is an old building, there is no elevator, and some of the stairs are narrow and have no handrails, which is not suitable for people with more or heavier luggage. And the hotel is halfway up the mountain, it would be more convenient to take a taxi.
Pros: The hotel is in a great location, close to major tourist attractions, and is budget-friendly. The manager, Roman, is kind and friendly. The sheets were clean, and the room was generally well-maintained.
Cons: The walls are quite thin, so you may hear noise from neighbors and the street at night. The toilets could be cleaner.
Overall: A great budget-friendly hotel with good value for money.
We stayed at this hotel for three nights in two different rooms. And here are the pluses and minus that I would like to celebrate.
Plus:
- convenient location. The hotel is close to the center, 20 minutes walk to Rustavel Avenue through the Dry Bridge and the parks. Nearby is a pedestrian street with restaurants and Spar.
- in the rooms is quiet, especially on the second floor. But there is But: inside the hotel itself there is a great hearing. And if the street sounds don't interfere with you, what happens in the hall is as if you are in this hall now. But the hotel is small, so much noise is definitely no one will :)
- hotels and rooms are comfortable enough. Many lights, big windows, beautiful view of the city (room 1) or roof (room 5). Tea/coffee you can have.
Minorities:
”The biggest minus is the absence of the administrator. It is, but only strictly in working hours. In the morning and evening, it will not work to solve questions, ask or learn. And it seems that it has become a problem not only for us to judge how many people during our stay tried to contact the administrator desperately ringing the bell on the table. One night, closer to the morning, people came to the hotel and began to speak loudly, noise, ring the bell and try to contact the administrator. They didn't get out of the way, but nobody was sleeping anymore.
” inconvenient pillows. But maybe they were only for us.
- violin doors. We were very worried that by opening and closing the toilet door on the second floor we wake up the entire hotel. The doors can be lubricated and the problem solved :)
- and not minus, but rather observation: there is a big table in two rooms, two cups and a teapot on the table. That is, it means you can drink tea behind it, two. But the chair is somehow one everywhere! Definitely one more chair is needed :)
Overall, the hotel is comfortable. I think it's a good option for a few nights to stay in Tbilisi :)

Amazing
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, facing the Parliament Building. The building is old and distinctive, but the furnishings in the hotel are a bit old, the bathroom in the room only has a bathtub, the shower and bathtub are together, not separated, the shower head leaks, and the indoor supporting facilities are not like those of a five-star hotel.
ZZhangxiaoyunThe hotel's purple door is very eye-catching, and the front desk clerk is also a handsome punk girl. The hotel is on the top floor of a 9-story residential building, with a view of the city and a church in the distance from the restaurant. However, because it is on the top floor, the wind is a bit strong. We happened to encounter strong winds that day. After we asked, they changed our room. Although the wind noise was less than the original room, it was still there.
MMaksimResiding in this hotel in early October, the standard number was booked.
Very convenient location, the most central city, all historical places in 10 minutes walk. We were given a room with view to the temple, the Narikala fortress and the statue of the Mother of Georgia. Very good breakfast, we will definitely return. Obligate to visit their restaurant on the terrace, with the best view in Tbilisi
JJayNice hotel & Nice rooms. Our room had a View of the Freedom Square and it was really wonderful to see the Saint George Monument from our windows especially in the night. Wonderful hotel but just one negative that a four star hotel like Marriott doesn't have a bellboy to pick up & drop off luggage. It seem quite weird and didn't expect it. However, apart from that the stay was just wonderful. The room with freedom square view is worth the price.
Wwpcoco33You need to walk a step to arrive, the hotel will send someone to help with your luggage, the facilities in the room are average, a bottle of water per person is provided, and a bottle is charged 5 lire. There are fewer varieties of breakfast. There are many antique collections in the public area, which can help guests make simple explanations. The open-air swimming pool is located high and has a good view.
