Had a pretty bad experience booking this place. About booking: - We weren’t given check-in details even after the receiving the booking confirmation. - Contact details given in the booking confirmation was wrong and there was no other method for me to contact the host. Which left us stranded and thinking that this whole booking was fake (especially after reading the previous review). - I was bringing my parents and I cannot afford to be left stranded on the streets, hence I had to make another booking at another place just in case this place wasn’t real (had to waste $90+ on the other booking) - Only managed to get the correct number after calling trip.com. Which took us awhile to get the full address & where to collect keys etc. - I’m pretty sure the other person who left a review had the same experience as me of not being able to contact the host and no details were given. Not even which tower etc. About room: - The size of the place is exactly what you pay for. It’s really small but enough for 3 person if you’re not staying in most of the time. - The air con in the living room is centrally controlled by the building’s management so it can’t be switched on. The host did not bother to inform us beforehand as well and told us to just on the aircon in the bedrooms. - Living room was dusty with cobwebs in the living room and the cabinet top near the TV were covered in dust. The fridge was not cleaned as well, with stains left behind. - The wardrobes had strong smell as well, a though it had not been opened for months. In conclusion, I won’t recommend this place to tourists visiting Jakarta.

If you don't speak English well enough to communicate directly with people and don't have WHATSAPP, I suggest you don't book this hotel! It's average, the business downstairs is pretty good, the fruits in the supermarket are very fresh, the beer is not expensive, and you can sing for free!

The room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.

The room is very small and it takes a long time to get the key card. I asked a friend to help me get such a big property. There's not even a bar, it was built by the Japanese. The shops and supermarkets downstairs have everything you need.

It's a good value for money for a business trip, and there's a lot of stuff downstairs. Convenient life

Small room, no free mineral water

The hotel does not exist at all. It is purely a scam. I did not find the hotel and did not settle in it. Please don’t be fooled by all the people who came here.
