The room is clean and the facilities are relatively new. The key is that the management level is quite good in the local area. The service staff are friendly and have sincere smiles.
The spa is also very comfortable.
The breakfast is very healthy and nutritious, low in fat and salt. Although there are not many varieties, it is definitely healthy and there will be a small number of varieties changed every day.
I will definitely recommend it if my friends come here next time.

深夜到的酒店，接機服務很貼心，雖然很遲但還是去室外的24小時温泉區泡了一會兒，服務員過來提醒旁邊的牛叫有時候很大聲，讓我別害怕…公共泡池一直有礦泉水和幹浴巾提供，最驚艷的是酒店裡麪的温泉健康管理中心，裏面有各種各樣的項目可以體驗，攜程客户還給打了八折。聽説這些設備好多都是法國進口的，舟車勞頓特別推薦體驗音樂色光浴和法式薇姿浴，很放鬆舒服。酒店的二樓健康餐廳非常推薦，按照24節氣和騰沖的時令果蔬搭配，少鹽少油，基本不需要去到街上吃東西…外賣也挺方便的…走的時候前台還送了酒店裡的洗髮水和沐浴露，300ml的正裝哦！超讚！用他們自己種的大馬士革玫瑰做的，電梯的味道也是香香的玫瑰很舒服…下次還想帶朋友來！

在騰沖如雨後春筍般的酒店和民宿中選擇這家是有原因的：
第一，春節節前旅遊旺季，隨便一家差不多點的都要1000+甚至2000+，我們需要兩間房，這一天的房費可是不少，這家價格適中，並且我們訂的“家庭房”其實是兩間房，但陽台可以聯通，非常新穎的模式。
第二，酒店位置是不錯的，如果有車更加方便，停車也很方便。
第三，酒店有温泉可以泡，雖然衹有室外，還有免費贈送的mini吧水果等（每天都會加，質量不錯，巴黎水和依雲的組合）還有免費的按摩瑜伽課八段錦等，物有所值。

位置佳，環境優美，躺在床上就能看到湖景，陽台有沙發，喝茶看景太讚了。衞生很好，床品舒服，房間樓層高，大小合適，酒店裝修很大氣，時尚，6瓶礦泉水，還每天一籃子各種水果，服務超級好，每天客房服務員上午就將房間打掃乾淨，傍晚還問是否需要再次打掃及開夜床，她們很辛苦！每天見到工作人員都問聲好，看到出門進門，幫拿行李幫開門。最要感謝的是二位，一位是前台個子稍高的工作人員，訂酒店時，打前台電話，諮詢了一些事情，回答非常耐心細緻，還儘量滿足我們的需求。第二位就是禮賓部一個年青人，看到我們行李轉多，馬上推很李車，並一直等候我辦手續，將我們的行李分別搬到各房間，我為感謝他，給他100元小費，他沒有收，説這是他的工作，應該做的。住在這個酒店三天，都不想走了。對啦，酒店有温泉，還是養生理療，早餐也不錯，麪點餛飩那裡的大廚，看你走過來，見面問聲好，餛飩也很好吃的！👍

整體裝修高大上，房間乾淨整潔空間足，服務貼心周到大氣，要一些小孩子用的東西，要什麼有什麼，挨着東湖，視野好，風景好，早餐味道也不錯，騰沖住4天，這家是最好的酒店，真心推薦

酒店位置很便利，對面就有超好吃的銅瓢牛肉，周圍咖啡店便利店葯店都有，早晨還能繞湖轉一週，下午坐在湖邊喝杯咖啡，太愜意了
衞生：打掃很乾凈細緻，每天還有夜床服務
服務：熱情洋溢，態度積極，能解決問題；早餐很好吃，還有送的理療，按摩手法也很到位
設施：很新，大理石地毯都維護的很好，房間望出去是湖景，很美麗

出乎意料的好，原以為就是普通酒店，旁邊就是東湖，風景也很好，酒店是康養類型，從餐廳小提示到酒店特有的課程和温泉都圍繞康養，除夕酒店還放了煙花，酒店的人員服務態度都特別好，除了早上大概是隔壁村的鵝叫有點吵，基本就很安靜，隔音都很好，適合休養👍

可以説是無可挑剔的酒店，自帶温泉隨時想泡就泡，歡迎水果份量給得很足，送的中醫推拿手法也很到位，房間很大隔音很好，睡覺很安靜。入住的那晚還遇到了美美的火燒雲，唯一不足的就是馬桶不是智能馬桶，如果能安排一面全身鏡就更好了
