FUIMOS 5 NOCHES, TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA TERMAS, LA HABITACION MUY COMFORTABLE . ROPA DE CAMA, TOALLAS, BATAS, TODO MUY LIMPIO Y LA MUCAMA SIEMPRE ATENTA A LAS NECESIDADES. EL PERSONAL EN GENERAL INCLUYENDO LA ANIMACION, SIMPATICOS Y AMABLES. LAS INSTALACIONES BIEN CONSERVADAS, A PESAR DE QUE ALGUNOS DIAS EL CLIMA NO AYUDO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE BRINDAN, ESTÁ TODO PUESTO PARA NO TENER NECESIDAD DE SALIR DEL HOTEL. EL SERVICIO DE GASTRONOMÍA ES MUY BUENO EN GENERAL, PARA MI GUSTO AL DESAYUNO LE FALTA UNA ESTRELLA, EL CAFE (IMPORTANTE MEJORARLO) Y HAY VARIAS COSITAS QUE LE FALTA. I found a roach in the food one day and a piece of steel wool in my food the following day. I conplain about it but I got no responses just an scarce apology. The rest of the services are pretty good.

Exelente el Hotel, muy lindo, cómodo, buen servicio de animación con shows todas las noches, hasta ofrecen un servicio de city tour, muy completo. Habia gente de todas las edades, bebés, niños, jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores...sin dudas es para recomendar.

Nos gusto mucho a todos! La verdad para la familia es ideal. Hay actividades para todas las edades y hay seguridad y mucha tranquilidad para niños y adultos mayores. Super amable el personal y tienen detalles como el diario a la mañana, el desayuno un poco más tarde y las actividades de recreación q hacen la estadía entretenida y dinámica.

Hola, estuve alojado x 5 noches desde el 12 al 17/4/24 en la habitación 109 El Hotel es moderno y las instalaciones están buenísimas . Las piletas cubierta y descubierta geniales No te pierdas de hacer el circuito hidrico que esta muy divertido El desayuno correcto y el almuerzo y cena a la carta 10 puntos

Excelente todo...el lugar comida spa piletas externas habitaciones..ninguna critica. Vale la pena. No queríamos volver. Excelente el trabajo de todo el personal de recreación del spa Brisa y de los mozos. Muy atento Viktor que también nos hizo el transfer.

Os quartos são bons, a equipe de recreação e o Leandro quando nos atendeu no SPA muito atenciosos. O hotel maravilhoso com sala de jogos e muitas opções para adultos e crianças. Como ficamos muito tempo, acho que faltou um pouco de variedade no menu.

Ofrece una estadia con pension completa con servicios de primera calidad. El hotel es impecable, buena habitacion, buen restaurant con carta variada y diferentes opciones de bebidas. Pileta amplia con bar incluido. Buena animacion y shows nocturnos. Se destaca el spa Brisas, con su circuito hidrico, impresionante. Todo el personal es atento y predispuesto.
