Propre,bien placé, confort correct mais un personnel de reception incompétent (impossible de comprendre même en présentant le voucher papier et puis le site internet avec la resa..) il a fallu vraiment insister pour avoir les chambres

Cet hôtel a bcp d'effort à faire : - propreté = les chambres , les couloirs, l'ascenseur sont mal nettoyées. On a vu un mégot dans les escaliers qui est resté les 2 jours où nous sommes restés ... - mobilier = les baies vitrées ne ferment pas bien et l'insonorisation de la rue s'en ressent -repas : le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très moyen. MAUVAIS séjour. Notre guide nous a dit qu'ils avaient des soucis de personnels depuis la fin du COVID...
