Great Stay! The 3-bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms. Suited for a family trip. Also have laundry facilities in the apartment itself. Proximity to Sydney's main attractions too! Staffs at the Reception very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to attractions and shopping malls. It is very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The wash basin in the hotel bathroom is a bit shallow, and the water can easily overflow when the water is not flowing smoothly.

The infrastructure is outdated. The key is that it is located in the middle of the main road. It is very noisy. Moreover, this hotel cannot negotiate anything. It is not possible to change the room type. It is not possible to lower the room type in order to stay together. It is so noisy that I can't sleep and ask to change the room. I will refund. Not to mention, there was no negotiation at all, it was very poor, and we booked it during the Spring Festival. The price was also very expensive. It was the same price as the Sofitel next door. It is better to stay at the Sofitel. If you have poor sleep quality, try not to book here.

The location is good, but this hotel is in the middle of a road, surrounded by roads, not far from the elevated highway. I couldn't sleep at night. It was very noisy. I asked the hotel to adjust the room and they didn't give me a room adjustment or a refund. I saw it before After reading the review, I don’t know how other people sleep at night. I booked for three nights and changed hotels after one night. The other two nights were completely lost. I was very unhappy. Please try not to book this hotel.

The property is very well located just a short walk to the Rocks and trams on George Street. Staff were very helpful. Will stay her e again.

Best choice for family travel

Front of house staff were amazing, ready to help at any given time. Views of the harbour from our private balcony were a nice surprise. Parking was great but hotel needs to provide better direction to access where it is. A big downside was no wifi access in our room to connect to the tv for Netflix ect. Pool and spa were also great.

The property was very well located close to Wynyard metro station and convenient for buses and the light rail. The room was spacious with lots of facilities such as a fridge freezer, microwave, oven , washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was also of a decent size with a bath and separate shower. For me, the only negative was the sound proofing. Despite my room being on the 14th floor, I could still hear the traffic outside and any moise from the corridor outside my room.

The location is perfect , within walking distance of all the attractions in downtown Sydney. Rooms are clean and comfortable although a little outdated in plumbing, taps are old and don’t have much water pressure. Kitchen stove is a bit finicky. Bed was two singles pushed together. Generally a good stay Staff were helpful, suited our needs as a place to stay and be able to cook for ourselves

I didn't like the noise of the elevator especially during sleep time.

Because it happened to be too far away, we chose many hotels at that time which were quite expensive until 9:00, and the one we chose was affordable for the price of one of my rooms. In the end, we couldn't check in and got an extra bed. The service was very good and highly recommended.

The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. She was very understanding and caring. First impressions of the place commence with this and were most favorable. The apartments were really spacious and cleaned each day. I loved the balcony where we had our meals overlooking the Sydney harbor. The pool and spa area were children-friendly, but they didn't provide towels for the pool. Thank you most sincerely for a wonderful stay in Sydney, easy walking distance to Circular Quay and George Street, where there was Cinema, Lego store, High End and Chocolate stores and Myers.
