srds breakfast is a bit too simple

The lady at the front desk was very patient and polite. The hotel was very clean, but the facilities were a bit old, so it was just passable. The most unbearable thing is that the hotel is located on the side of the road, but there is only one layer of glass. It is common to be woken up 2.3 times at night. It is recommended that people who book this hotel buy two earplugs.

I was charged for more than $300 for one night and the room is so small and old. The management didn't bother to renovate the room. The bed sheets smells very bad. Check your bed sheets often. I will never book to all ibis again your service sucks!

The staff here are amazing. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with suitable facilities for our stay here. Easy access to train station and parking was easy here too.

This is a reasonable budget-style hotel in Sydney’s north. There is a good-sized shopping centre, restaurants and Thornleigh train station in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to train station, comfortable beds, quiet location. Crappy menu downstairs though.... There was ham/bacon in almost every item too... Not halal friendly.
