環境：房間很乾凈，但是上下鋪房間空調不管用，一晚上熱的沒法睡，衹能是別的屋子開着空調，打開門透點涼氣過來。
位置：這個民宿的位置特別偏，獨立的一個小區，用打車司機的話説荒郊野嶺的。離着東疆親海公園將近2公里。最近的沙灘是收費的48元一位，大人孩子都收費，
飲食：周邊吃飯的幾乎沒有，有也是景區的價格，一份涼皮20元，一份早餐（小米粥+一小角烙餅+一個雞蛋）13元一份
想帶孩子玩兒沙子的，不介意花錢可以選擇這裏，畢竟需要花錢，所以人不多。
一次有點無語的體驗

房屋非常乾淨，還備了好幾瓶水，非常貼心，入住之前房東小姐姐給了很詳細的攻略，停車免費並且推薦了很多好吃的，態度非常好有問必答，三個房間很充裕，從房間還能看到海，非常棒的入住體驗！

房間大，房間佈置較温馨，設施相對齊全，一看店主就是學法律出身的，屋裡全是法律書籍。雖然是自助入住，各方面還是挺方便的，可以訂外賣，停車也方便，早晨可以去吃早飯。就是沒找到附近的便利店。
過了5點，海灘也不讓進了，遠處看看海，也不錯

性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務人員也很周到，主動幫助協調解決問題，下次還會再選擇這裏，這服務確實沒得説，出大門沒多遠就是海邊，可以味海鷗，不遠處音樂廣場還弄了個冰雪大世界，項目很多，價格不高，下次有空再來，推薦推薦推薦！

房東很貼心 會提前把車牌訊息錄入小區免費停車 會介紹周邊餐飲及景區 告訴我們趕海最佳地 房間乾淨衞生 每個卧室都能看海 上下鋪對於有孩子的家庭特別友好 下回來還會住這裏 離海邊近 小區還有小童玩的滑梯等健身器材 體驗感很好 在屋裡拍的夕陽西下

房子很整潔，裝修也非常好，各種設施非常便利，每天還有早餐，房東還特意給準備了水果，孩子很喜歡吃，整體的住宿情況非常好，妥妥的好評
