Mokkoan Is a Little corner of calm and quiet paradise close to the main station in Akabane. It's a family runned ryokan, the house used to be their family home and you can truly feel the history of the family. The place is fantastic, the building keeps the older, beautiful aesthetics while providing the modern services, making it comfortable for both your daily necessities and for your eyes. The garden is breathtaking, both on sunny days and during rainy nights. Breakfasts is served in the kitchen by the hosts of the Hotel. It's a cozy and delicious moment, to be shared while chatting with the hosts, other guests and most importantly with the star of the place: the poodle K-Chan. The hosts are amazingly sweet, always ready to help you in any way, whether it's a chat about the place or a lift to Akabane station. Even though everything, every detail, at Mokkoan is fantastic, the kindness of the hosts and their love for what they do is what makes this place truly special and a must-go place if you're looking for a breather from the chaotic life in Tokyo, while still remaining well connected to it. Thank you Mokkoan, thank you K-Chan We'll surely come back
