Loved our room and how there are no carpets in it. So much storage and space. Hotel is just across airport limousine bus stop to Narita. Plus it had so many good restaurant options with room service available.

It was a very convenient hotel for families. Easy access and great room conditions.

Roim was quite and new renivationed room was nice

The hotel was very new and clean. Very very clean. The room is also spacious, compared to other hotel in Tokyo. I can open several luggage bags at the same time. The staff are also very kind and attentive. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The metro station, Higashi-Ginzo station, was very close, but the Ginza station, which I mainly travelled, was a bit further. However, it was not too far to walk. The hotel is located very close to shopping centers, including, department stores, convenience store, a shopping street, and Don Quijote. It is also surrounded by a lot of good restaurants.

The location is great, and it's convenient to go to all parts of Ginza. This time I stayed in the quietest room in many visits to Tokyo, and I slept very well. There is a ramen restaurant downstairs, which is very suitable for simple meals. If you don't want to eat the hotel breakfast, there are many coffee shops around. The daily cleaning staff didn't throw away the many empty shopping bags I left on the floor, which is very professional and commendable! I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

There is nothing wrong with it except that it is a little small. Parking is very convenient at the door. There is also Omakse on the first floor, with a set meal of 15,000 yen. It is very convenient to go out, very close to the center of Ginza, and the Lv building is just ahead.

I found the stains when I opened the bed at night. I thought it was too late and I didn't want to bother with it. I reported it to the hotel front desk the next day. I didn't want to move rooms, so I changed the quilt. But the feeling of uncleanliness had already occurred. I felt itchy all the time. I slept with clothes and socks on for two nights.

The hotel is in a good location, the room is not too small, there are many delicious food options nearby, but the attitude of the front desk staff during check-in is average, everything else is pretty good.

Scheduled for five nights, all aspects were good, only the room facilities were older models, the first night to stay in the room air conditioning dripping, the next morning informed the hotel, after the repair was fine but by the last night started dripping again.
