The best hotel we've stayed in Japan so far. It is close to Mejiro train station. It's not a busy area, so the trains are not packed, unlike in tokyo or akihabara. The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of choices eventhough it is the same everyday. There's a welcome drink that we forgot to use. Be sure to use it straight away.

This hotel is always my first choice to stay in Japan trip. Good location , just 3 mins walk from JR station. The hotel staffa are really nice and helpful to settle the problem.

Very good! Room was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were very kind and room although was not in the city centre, was super close to the JR Yamanote line.

Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk to the subway station! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming! The facilities are old and the hygiene is average! When storing luggage, some staff are more responsible, while others are more sloppy!

Very spacious! The service attitude is very good! The staff can speak English, so you don’t have to worry about communication difficulties! There is also disposable supplies available in the hotel lobby! There is also Matsumoto Kiyoshi Pharmacy downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient!
