Very near Mejiro Jr station, which is excellent The 3-bed room is spacious enough given the hotel in Japan is often too small

I went to Richmond Hotel Tokyo Mejiro with my son, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The hotel is just 5mins away from the train station. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will stay there when I come back!

The best hotel we've stayed in Japan so far. It is close to Mejiro train station. It's not a busy area, so the trains are not packed, unlike in tokyo or akihabara. The breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of choices eventhough it is the same everyday. There's a welcome drink that we forgot to use. Be sure to use it straight away.

Decent hotel for an afforable price and Great service

This hotel is always my first choice to stay in Japan trip. Good location , just 3 mins walk from JR station. The hotel staffa are really nice and helpful to settle the problem.

Very good! Room was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were very kind and room although was not in the city centre, was super close to the JR Yamanote line.

Everthing good

It's next to the subway, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's a residential area when you come back to sleep, so it's very quiet.

The location is very close to the station and very convenient. The reception staff is very friendly. There is a drugstore downstairs, a 7-11 opposite, and an izakaya in two minutes. There are also some small toys for children to take a bath, which is very suitable for children.

Stayed for four nights. The room was very small. The only advantage was that it was very close to Shinjuku. I booked this hotel because the reviews said the breakfast was very good. However, I felt it was very average, with very few varieties. The buffet food was not replenished in time when it ran out. Very disappointed.

Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk to the subway station! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming! The facilities are old and the hygiene is average! When storing luggage, some staff are more responsible, while others are more sloppy!

Very spacious! The service attitude is very good! The staff can speak English, so you don’t have to worry about communication difficulties! There is also disposable supplies available in the hotel lobby! There is also Matsumoto Kiyoshi Pharmacy downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient!
