As most of the reviewers commented were spot on. Location is great. Room is very small, but that's typical in Japan. There is 2 coined laundry. Washer is 300¥ and the dryer is 100¥. Needs exact coin change. Washer Auto adds detergent. Room is clean. The check-in counter there are a few employees that aren't friendly at all. Not sure because I'm English speaking. And most of the employees here does not speak English. The manager at first weren't very friendly, but once I joked with him a bit he loosen up. But very limited English. Check in time is after 3pm. You can leave your luggage if you came early, but you can't take anything out or they'll charge you I recall 550¥ before your check-in time. The house thing is, they'll bring your luggage to your room by the time you you came back after 3pm. Check out time is at 10am!!! That's right! 10am! Every hour after they'll charge you if you are in your room after 10am. If you want to do leave your luggage after after you checked out, they'll charge you, it's 550¥. It isn't free as it mentioned on here. My room, the TV is a projector to the wall using Google TV. They'll leave you with 2 keys and a phone. They specifically, ask me not to call them. Only message them through the phone they left me. If you want your room to be cleaned, you'll need to bring both keys and the phone to the counter before 10am. You will be asked not to come back to the room till after 3pm.

In summary, there are several points that I am very dissatisfied with: 1) The wind speed of the air conditioner is uneven, sometimes strong and sometimes weak. The wind speed is uneven. It is equipped with a direct-blowing curtain (venetian blinds), which will blow the blinds against the head of the bed, making a banging sound, which is very disturbing. 2) The hotel is not soundproof. There is a road outside the window. At night, the sound of vehicles driving by is very loud, which affects sleep. 3) The left side of the mattress is higher than the right side, and you can feel the difference when you lie down. The bedding was very rough and made the skin uncomfortable. 4) The receptionist downstairs spoke very poor English and was lazy in communication. He was unwilling to use a translator and just spoke Japanese crazily, making it impossible to communicate. In addition, he was unwilling to help me make a restaurant reservation by phone, even though I had explained to him that I had already made the call, but the other party didn't understand. I wanted the staff to help me tell the reservation time in Japanese, but the staff was unwilling to do so. 5) Check-in at 2:45. Even though there was a room available, the guest was made to wait with luggage until 3 o'clock before checking in. This was very inflexible. 

The staff service attitude is very good, the location is good and easy to find, the environment is clean and comfortable, although the room is not very large, but the facilities and needs are very complete! !

I have stayed in so many hotels in many places, and this is a strange hotel. The main reason is that the service attitude is very bad. It was the first time in my life that someone called me "get out". I just told him that I hoped to check in quickly because it was very late. Why are you impatient to listen to him and want to hurry up? Because this hotel has many, many requirements and conditions! To give you an example, room cleaning must be carried out at a certain time point. If you don't comply with it, you won't even think about changing the towels you used today. You have to give the key to the front desk first and change a card before you can clean it. Hygiene...sounds weird? By the way, if you don’t check out before 12 o’clock, you will be charged a detention fee... Isn’t it also very impersonal? The corridor of the room can only be opened by pushing the door. The room is huge and the bathroom is so small that it is suffocating. The waiters are also petty. Since I booked the hotel for a friend, it told me to "get out" and I didn't argue with it. After all, I booked the hotel for 5 days and was afraid that my friend would be bullied. I won’t stay here again. It’s a small day and a small hotel. Goodbye (poor)

The hotel staff are very polite and have a good service attitude. They also show guests to their rooms. The hotel location is convenient. The only drawback is that the room is so thin that it cannot be spread flat even if a large suitcase is used.

I am a ********* tourist who checked in on 4/13 The service staff is very kind, and they will also lend umbrellas when it rains, which is great. The room is small and neat, has everything you need, the water pressure is also great, and the bath is very comfortable. The room is very clean, using a projector instead of a TV saves some space, You can also watch NET and YT, which is very convenient for foreign tourists. The location is in the middle of Kanda and Tokyo Station, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. The disadvantage should be that the lights are relatively dim, and the pictures of trophies are less beautiful, haha.

Room cleanliness is okay. The bathroom is as clean as new. I'm a person who is sensitive to the bathroom, so I'm a person who chooses a room just by looking at the bathroom, but I'm satisfied!! There was a project beam, and there was no hotel front phone, so I gave one iPhone. It was possible to connect with an iPhone. It was like a new generation accommodation. There was an HDMI cable. It's nice to see things by connecting the phone screen after coming to the accommodation at night. And go up to the dorm together and explain I made a reservation for 50,000 units at a very cheap price because the timing was good, and I didn't just consider the location, but I was satisfied. And so kind. The Google review rating was smashed. I think they are savage when they terrorize bad reviews and ratings because they told me to pay for the extra fee after a minute or so of checkout time, but they said that they didn't keep it and asked me to pay for it a little later. Anyway, the guest was late. have to bear it...

Conveniently located within walking distance from Tokyo Station.

There was a problem with the equipment, but it was replaced with a new one immediately. I walked a little from the station, but I was able to arrive without problems because the road was wide and easy to understand.

東京駅から近いとありましたが、実際に歩くと若干距離があるように感じました。 ただ、テレビではなくプロジェクターが設置してあるホテルが新鮮で大画面で見たい方にとても嬉しい部屋だと思いました。

It was a very bad experience. I had booked for 2 people through online travel agent and my friend was suddenly unable to come on the day . The hotel then charged me 100% cancellation fee because the contract for 2 people was broken and asked me newly higher room rates on the same day. Hotel said , I had to pay 100% cancellation fee for contract of the online travel agent, and new one was a new direct contract with the hotel. When I checked in, I would be asked to write my name and phone number, which they said was a direct contract with the hotel. Fortunately, I was able to change the number of people on the online travel agent web where I made the reservation originally and I paid a small additional fee. All that the hotel said was "100% cancellation fee and extra new room fee". The hotel said it was a contractual relationship and they are following the law. It was very scary what would charge me the extra fee.
