DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL, I WAS CONNED ¥9000, or 60 USD!!! They never informed me about the penalty and NEITHER was the ¥9000-worth of so-called ‘RULE’ visible at the check in counter, nor the key cards. And when I lost my key card, they suddenly charged me, they never gave me any receipts until I asked for it multiple times. This hotel is sucking money out of its customers, DON’T BOOK!

Very easy and convenient. Aircon was powerful. Bathroom had a bit of a funny smell.

The room is super, super, super small. Basically, you have to walk sideways to put two luggages. The attitude at the front desk was also weird and indifferent.

No disadvantages except being expensive

There was machinery operating in the room next door, and the sound came in, affecting my sleep.

The service is very good, but there is no smoking room and there is nothing around. It is still very good as a place to stay just for traveling.

The room was better than expected. Although it was a bit small, it was clean and organized. And the location is good, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it's not far from Higashi-Shinjuku Station, which is very convenient. The price is very reasonable and worth a stay! 

The sanitation is not very clean, the room is noisy as it is close to the main road, and the service is not good at all. I can only say that it is conveniently located by car, so don't expect much else.

Good for one person. Well located, quiet but close enough to the more crowded places!

Ignore the fact that Trip.com deceived people with free late check-out service. When booking, it was stated that there were 2 guests staying, but the front desk staff responded with a tough attitude and questioned that only 1 guest was staying, and also concealed the true check-out time. I have stayed at the Numazu branch before, and there was no luggage storage available there, and the cleanliness of the room and the attitude of the staff were a perfect contrast.
