I wasn’t the biggest fan of this hotel . The room was tiny but I expected it , but the first night I felt itchy after laying in bed and had to ask the staff to change the entire bedding. The hotel is close to several metro lines , but all of them are not super close. The nearest Konbini is also a 4-5 minutes walk , which is strange in Japan. Also the amenities they provided were not as readily available as in other Japanese hotels. The very good thing about the hotel is the price and the nice staff, but I would look elsewhere if possible.

Its quit far to the nearest station but the hotel is so amazing since the provide you a microwave! They separate shower room and toilet and its great.

This hotel is very good option for those who don’t want to pay a lot of money for a good service, we were thrilled with the amenities offer by the hotel, the ONLY problem that I see was that there has no subway station near, so you have to walk more than 10 minutes to arrive, but the bus station is very good option too.

Tthe room is relatively small compared to other hotel, yet the environment and the service is very good, the place is clean and tidy and room service provided everyday if you need, there are few transportation you can choose for travellers which is quite convenient. Recommended

We spent three nights at the Hotel Livemax and were satisfied with the accommodation and service. The breakfast option was a savoury rice bento box so we opted to purchase breakfast foods from the local 7-eleven which was just a 3/4 min walk away. The hotel was very convenient for multiple subway lines.

The only lady at the front desk when we arrived (afternoon of March 19) and on the day before we checked out (morning of March 22) was very kind and helpful. She really went out of her way to help us how we can transport or ship our luggage from Tokyo to Osaka, without compromising her job attending to those checking-in and checking-out guests. She is very commendable unlike those men on duty who just shrugged us off by saying "the hotel does not facilitate". The lady also speaks very good English. She is exceptionally good. Thanks to her for all the help!

Hotel’s location is a bit far from the nearest train station. Breakfast box is the same everyday. Overall experience is okay.

The location is a bit off the metro station. There will be better choices at the same price in the area. It also did not allow us to store luggage over night as we plan to stay outside of Tokyo before coming back to the same hotel.

Room is bigger than my expectation as well as the bathroom size. it is good

All the staff were very friendly and full of hospitality, which made my stay very comfortable.

Walking distance to all main train or subway stations. 24/7 access to nearby 7/11 stores.

The hotel is close to some metro stations which you can easily use to reach many tourist places but could be closer. The room has almost everything one could need: a refrigerator, a big TV, an AC, even a hair dryer and an air purifier, it wasn't big but enough space for one me and my luggage. The bathroom is a combined bathroom which may be unfortunate if there is more than one person living in the room. The bath was too small but good enough to take a shower. The bathroom had a TOTO toilet (the one that washes one's ass) which I came to like. The room cleaning can be done as often as asked for. 2nd floor has laundry with a washing machine that needs coins to run. On the 1st floor there are several drink machines that sell water, tea, coffee, soda, beer even. Additionally, they allowed me to check-in earlier than the allowed time, I came there almost an hour too early and it was indeed very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
