We continued our stay here as it was convenient to go to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen the many subway lines. They don’t provided even an hour of complimentary late check out but you can store your luggage for free.

The room was very clean, and the kids were thrilled to each have their own bed! The subway station is very close, and the hotel is ideally located between Asakusa Temple and Shibuya, making travel to both areas equally convenient. Ginza is within walking distance. For trips to Osaka, Tokyo Station (for the Shinkansen) is just about a 10-minute walk, which is incredibly handy. Plus, there's a Pokemon Center about 10 minutes away on foot.

Extremely disappointed. For a hotel priced at 1500 RMB per night, it was surprisingly terrible. The hygiene was appalling; the carpets were filthy, and as soon as I opened the room door, I was hit with a strong smell of sewage. I strongly advise potential guests to think carefully before booking here; I honestly don't know how this place has received any positive reviews. The only redeeming factor was its location.

Using self service machine to check in and check out. The staff is rude. The room is small. Convenient location walking distance to Tokyo station. Free amenities at the lobby. The lift is also quite slow. There are many hotels around the area.

The location is fantastic, situated in the Yaesu South Building, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station Ichibangai. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and they even offer complimentary afternoon tea from 3 PM to 10 PM. The staff are exceptionally professional and attentive.

We booked a Standard Twin Room 24 Sq m City View. Room size is ok. Location is good, many restaurants in the area. Walkable distance (10 mins) to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

Self check-in was efficient. While the staff member directing guests near the elevators wasn't overly friendly, the front desk staff provided good service. The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Tokyo. They also offer complimentary snacks and drinks Between 3 pm and 10 pm each day. Great stay.

The listing for this hotel is very misleading. The photos of the exterior and lobby are similar but the rooms are really dated. We paid much more than we should have for old stuffy rooms. The breakfast selection was very average and the restaurant felt cramped. There’s definitely much better hotels at this price point. The location is not bad but also not particularly great. There is a museum across the road. We wouldn’t stay here again for the reasons stated. Customer service was professional.
