The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Tokyo. They also offer complimentary snacks and drinks Between 3 pm and 10 pm each day. Great stay.

provide water on daily basis. And good Breakfast!!! Oh remember to ask for amenities such as facial wash from the desk!

Hotel was about 5-10 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Service was good and amenties provided was adequate.

Stay 1 night in Jan'25 Location is good located in center of Tokyo. You can easy to go to Tokyo station. Room is big enough, service is good. And you even can do self-checking at Hotel front.

Quite close to Tokyo station!

The location is convenient for traveling to other places. And the surrounding area is not crowded.

The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Did not really have a good sleep for my 5 nights stay. The “sofa” was rather small and hard. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. Staff service always with a smile and very helpful.

As for our pillows, we offer a comfortable sleep to the guest with our original one which we developed jointly with NISIKAWA. Guests can find their preferred pillow type by choosing between soft and firm layers, and higher or lower side units. We are pleased to notice that if you are not satisfied with this, we are providing different types of pillows at the front reception for your most comfortable sleep over the night. The hotel is about 15min walk from Tokyo Station and conveniently located next to the Yaesu Midtown Building which houses a relatively new bus terminal as well as lots of restuarants and shops underground. Room allocated was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a good spread and the food was very fresh and delicious. Overall service was great!

The western lady was not very friendly and willing to help when I ask for booking a restaurant, made me feel uncomfortable.  However, the manager was nice and helped me finally.

It is understandable that the room is expensive during Easter holiday. But the service is minimal and it does not impress you to stay again. Quite disappointed by Mitsui garden group.

Nice and spacious room No elevator over the nearest underground mall exit If u carry any luggage, its better to walk from Tokyo station directly

Poor attitudes at reception. Not helpful. Unable to resolve our hotel booking issue.

Very nice hotel 5 min from Tokyo station, a bit bigger room than normally expected in Japan. Friendly and very helpful staff, ok breakfast, close to all sorts of nice restaurants and shopping in Ginza, 2 min walk to subway for direct access to Shibuya

If you like shopping , you may find it disappointed living in this hotel because it is locate rather in CBD area . However , indeed the location is good , just 2 minutes’ walk to Kyobashi metro station , and walking distant about 15 minutes to Tokyo station , the area is quite quiet at night so may not suitable for single woman due to reason of safety . The washroom is so small , even no place for personal amenities . There is also toilet smell when you enter the room , which is a bit disgusting .

Overall the hotel room is clean n tidy. Staff is helpful. But the room WiFi is not connecting some of the time. Informed the hotel n they offer to give us an WiFi egg to use in the room so I guess it’s a common issue for them
