Great location very close to Shibuya crossing. I really like how this was on a smaller and quieter road, yet at the same time very close to the busy entertainment area. This will be my go to hotel for all future trips to tokyo

The outside looked shabby, but the inside was It was bigger than I thought and it was nice. The location is near Shibuya Station. I was very satisfied as there were many restaurants nearby.

It’s not far from the Yoyogi National Arena. You can count down to the New Year. The hotel is very comfortable. There are a lot of wild food around. But it’s good for the end of the year. There is a D shop so you can finish early. It’s great to have a bar opposite the hotel.

I was very satisfied with the service at Shibuya Crestone Hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and professional. In particular, they responded quickly to necessary information or requests, and communication was smooth in English, which was of great help to foreign tourists.

The location is not far from Shibuya Station, but the road is not easy to walk. It is in a small alley, surrounded by shops and convenient for living. The hotel room is of a decent size, not very soundproof. There was a rally downstairs early in the morning, and I was directly awakened by the loud speaker

The service is average. Ctrip can only book a room for one person. If you go for 2 people, you have to pay a little extra. But make up for it, the hotel's slippers and other things are still provided for one person. The location is okay. It's a relatively quiet place in the middle of the city. It's about 10 minutes away from the subway entrance if you want to drag your luggage.

The restroom is very clean and the environment is average

The hotel is a bit old, and the carpet has a smell. If you overtime, you will be charged an additional fee. The distance is inconvenient. There are no buses and subways around, and you have to walk for about 10 minutes.

The location is far away, but it's convenient. The room is dusty. I haven't seen a hotel that requires a key to open the door in recent years! Every time you go in and out, you have to turn over the key to the accounter!

The room is average but clean I think the only downside is that there are a little less outlets But I want to give a big push to the counter staff! ! !
